Well you may want to check when gate is open. Came all the way out and gate closed and locked . Check out Lululake.org

This was a killer hike to me. Mostly wooded with a small creek. It was mostly downhill going in so was grueling going back up. Peaceful area. Saw just a few other people.

The best trail tour for guests

Great trail! Even in the snow!

Love everything about this place. The trails are marked well and the water falls were full of water due to recent rain. We were able to find trails for our level of ability.

Beautiful, decently maintained trail with some wonderful views. However, I can say the exact same thing about all the hundreds of other trails in the immediate area that don't charge you $10.

Why pay these people $10? They have nothing particularly special to offer.

This is a great trail and well worth the $10 parking fee/donation to the trust. I don’t agree with the description that it is lightly trafficked. We went on a cold/rainy October morning and the place was swarming with people. But, it is still a great place to hike and see a couple of really beautiful falls.

They have many miles of trails, not just the one on this site. Also, they have moved the parking area near to the road. It’s about half a mile from the trail head. So that’s gonna add a mile to your hike.

Overall this trail is pretty easy. If you take the short trail down to the large falls you’ll find it moderate/hard. But it’s not long.

I’m going back with the whole family again. They have several areas to picnic.

Fabulous trails, stunning lake and falls!

Wonderful trail. Howecer, one way was a little too much for a 4 & 6 year old, so once we made it down to Craven's we had a Lyft driver bail us out and drive us back up to Point Park.

Slippery rocks by the falls. And some other challenges along the way. But a great hike overall. Awesome scenery on the bluff trail and a gorgeous waterfall. You absolutely have to do both.

Great hike with beautiful views & well marked trails. The water flow at the Falls was heavy due to the recent rains. The walk down to the Falls is more difficult but worth it!

Such a fun trail. A mix of straight, easy trails and more challenging.

Cravens House is a cool historic sight to see. Trail was great, awesome views! I went with some friends that rock climb- definitely good for that!

Very nice trail with beautiful view of Chattanooga from the top! Strongly recommend

This place is gorgeous and the main trail is easy enough but the hike down to the falls was pretty vigorous for someone not in the best shape cardio wise but worth it! Note to wear actual hiking shoes instead of runners for better grip on the gravel.

Lula Lake is a great place to go hiking. one of my favorite courses I do, is from the parking lot to middle Trail. Then take that to the bluff Trail. A great view of the valley. Then Bluff Trail down to the falls which is great on a nice hot day. I usually spend about a half an hour at the base of the falls. Then back to the parking lot. I have it as 4.6 MI. You do some climbing but the hills are long and gradual.

I've hiked at Lula on 2 separate occasions. I look forward to more visits for years to come.

I'm giving a 3 star rating because when I hiked this trail there was a copperhead in the middle of the path. I had made it about halfway and there are steep dropoffs and narrow turns. I did not complete the course because of the snake. Be careful on this trail.

very easy, well maintained, recommend the adventure trail. remember- open only 2x a month!

Loved the views

One of the best waterfalls I have ever seen! In my opinion, this was not strenuous. If you go, get their early, this is on private land and only open on first weekend of the month, so it gets busy early on.

Only open on the weekends is the only negative. Otherwise a good hike.

gorgeous views

Note this trail is only open two days a month. The first and last Saturday of each month. Having said that this is an amazing trail. Exceptionally clean well maintained and has a touch of difficulty. We took the middle trail out and the and the adventure hike trail back. Mildly difficulty at the beginning with ropes to traverse down a steep incline. The Rocks and the waterfall are well with the Trip. Overall a great hike. Two thumbs up.

Awesome historical hike with lots of rock climbers, memorials, and cannons! Some trails are overgrown but that makes them more fun. Dog friendly and lots of friendly people.
