The part that we got to walk was beautiful. Construction stopped us very close to the beginning. It's very unclear where you are as the one map down the trail doesn't inform you exactly where you are. It would've been so lovely. 8/9/18.

Nice walk in the woods near river.

I liked the trail but it was NOT easy to follow at all. The map signs are missing at several forks and intersections in the trail so I was lost for quite a while. There are also a lot of areas that look like part of the trail but are not. Other than that the trail itself is fun and easy with a few moderate climbs depending on your skill level. Enjoyed walking by the river and spotted some deer!

Some of the trail wasn’t super defined and it could be hard to follow. Went for the bridge but there is hardly anything left to see. It was nice to walk along to river though and aside from confusion on where to go it was a fairly easy trail.

Good easy trail I use it for trail running if I add a little I get 5 miles per loop

Love this trail. It doesn't have a lot of elevation gain but still is worth a trip. The scenery is beautiful. The river runs along the trail for a good portion making it even more impressive. Plan it and go.

Great trail along the river. Much more wooded than anticipated and beautiful with the early spring foliage. 10:30 on a Sunday and passed probably 10 couples.

Good placement of checkpoints along trail. Woodsy but not isolated. Nice stroll with hills and flats.

It's a short and easy hike. Perfect when you don't have much time but want to fit in some time outdoors.

Easy but beautiful little trek on a nice day. Some good photo spots, and only one area that has any sort of grade. Well marked/traveled paths and pretty populated. Saw a handful of dogs as well. Would go again for easy afternoon stroll.

This trail is especially beautiful in the morning when there's still some fog over the river. We saw many deer, a turtle, birds, chipmunks, ducks, spider webs, and mushrooms. The best parts are along the river.

Nice and easy

There are so few options for open woods in Atlanta so this is nice. Depending on your route you can get 6 miles in on good earthy terrain. Towards the back part you see far less people which is nice. Great place to run/hike/take in nature. Very dog friendly as it is literally the woods.

Nice trail. Fairly clean but parking is a difficulty due to the spot's popularity with fishers.

Today was my first time at this trail. I really enjoyed it. Not too difficult...but being new to trail running it was a little tough. I definitely see me spending more time out here.

Love the trails and the views!! Only thing is, I'd rather not pay $3 for parking when I'm there for less than an hour.

Great running trail with good elevation changes.

Beautiful trail, I love the access to the water and the ability to just enjoy nature. I'm a bit dubious of the "easy trail" classification. The trail is quite hilly and could be difficult to navigate. Certainly, it was a bit more difficult than some of the other "easy" trails.

This trail should be rated medium not easy. very nice view of the river. Narrow trail space in some parts. There is a $3 parking fee and that is the only reason I give it 4 stars.

Good trails, great for beginners due to level surface. Also good park to take younger children to play in shallow parts of the river. Definitely recommended

This trail is in the Jones Bridge Unit - Chattahoochee River National Recreation Area in Johns Creek, GA. There is a Jones Bridge County Park in Norcross, GA (Gwinnett County) that is directly across the river from the north end of the Jones Bridge Unit. These are two different parks, and I have suggested an edit. Hope this alleviates any confusion. Expect the parking areas to fill up quickly on weekends and holidays during warm weather months. Unlike some areas along the river, the shoreline here is even with the waterline and is the river is easily accessible. Refreshing.

Pretty flat. Lots of trail runners, so pay attention. Feels more remote than it is. Old Bridge at the far end of the trail is interesting.

Very easy, as there is little up and down, but it is a very scenic trail since it runs along the river. A wonderful "walk in the woods".
