Very hot day. Trail was clear for the majority besides one overgrown sunny spot. Trail thru the woods some cool rock outcroppings near the beginning but kinda dull after that.

Great beginner trail. Just the right mix of fun vs challenging.

Nice trail for an easy hike aided by benches (thanks to a recent Eagle Scout project) and small bridges along the way. There is a clean restroom at the parking lot near the trailhead. I completed the hike with two 9-year-olds and a 12-year-old in just over an hour at a leisurely pace. The kids enjoyed the hike. We were on the trail around noon (in July), but the temperature was quite comfortable thanks to the shade from the trees.

Great trail for a quick easy walk. The reward are the bluffs near the end or the beginning of the hike depending on where you start.

I love this trail for a quick getaway!!

Great place to take your dog out and also a quick and easy waterfall meditation in solitude away from the stressful hustle and bustle life and traffic :) very green too like the heart chakra

I took the Lake Loop as it is the most direct route to the two water features and the Bluffs. It is also the least strenuous. Unlike the other trails in this park, this one is wide and has been hardened somewhat with large gravel and dirt. I prefer a softer trail for my dog’s feet.

Nice place to go for an after work walk/jog or a good place to throw a frisbee.

Great trail. There is now an extention loop trail added also. Brings the loop to just over 3 miles.
