This is our second time on this trail and we were determined to find the bamboo which we did thanks to other reviews. The river was unusually high and had covered bits of the trail but hikers have made detours. There were many muddy areas also due to recent rains. A great hike though with good views and lots of options to lengthen or shorten the walk. Our small dog had to scramble over some areas. Lots of off leash dogs (ours wasn’t one of them) but fortunately they were well behaved or controlled by owners. Definitely a great hike near the city.

I didn’t know where the path started. It takes you behind an elementary school if you follow GPS. But it’s past that. Once you park, if you can find parking, there is construction, so the trail starts at the bottom. But it wasn’t marked so I knew what path went where. Good walk though.

This is really just a nice walk. Very accessible and easy for all. Will cost to park. Flowers are always stunning.

Great easy trail for a dog walk.

A portion of the highlighted "All Trails" path is not officially marked. If you're looking at marker EP10 on an official map (at various points along the trail), you should follow the sign to get to EP14 (the overlook). The All Trails app takes you off trail. Aside from that, the trail is great. The view is awesome. There's lots of friendly hikers and people with dogs. Beware, many of the dog owners on this trail keep their dogs off leash.
