A nice walk located in the middle of Orlando. Lots of swans, ducks, geese, and other birds. Lots of homeless people sleeping too. Someone also asked my boyfriend if he sold weed ... (no he doesn’t lol).

A nice little trial around a clean man made Lake/pond. The trail is completely done now and it is a loop. There is still construction on the road next to the trail, but it doesn’t effect the trail at all.

Not sure I would call it a trail, but it's a great walk with friends or family, a scenic piece of Orlando, with events all the time and a farmers market every Sunday it's a must do.

Great place to go for a walk and run, but no so good for roller blade. I wish they re-do the trail with the concrete/asphalt to make it smooth. The other side by the bridge is very good to roller blade on.

Definitely agree with others here, not a whole lot of shade. The trail is mainly made up of loose dirt so be ready for that as well. The map is misleading so if you wanna deviate make sure you know where you are. Other than that it was a lovely trail and got to see two deer, tortoise, a boar, amongst other animals. The ponds are also a great sight! Highly recommend.

Trash everywhere and borders a rough neighborhood. Not nearly as peaceful or serene as what you might be looking for. Since I have to give it 1 star, I'll say it is because the birds are plentiful, other then that this was not an enjoyable walk by any means. I will not ever consider bringing my family here.

Frisby Good was ok, but course was unkept and I brushed a plant that caused me welts on my legs. Saw a snake on my way to pick up a disc.

nice, mostly paved trail through College Park/Winter Park area. passes by museums and the science center. crosses a few streets, 2-3 busy ones, but it has great views and shade.
from a little business area, to the cultural area, to a residential neighborhood.
wouldn't run it at night but great for a day time run then stop in Winter Park for a post run snack.

I love Lake Eola Park. It seems like there is always something going on. Farmers market, awareness walks, concerts and events. Park for the kids. restaurants nearby and paddle boats. An oasis in the middle of the craziness that is Orlando.

The perfect escape in Orlando! Beautiful sights and peacefulness can be found here but do come prepared with water, sunscreen, and a hat. Most of the trails have little shade and can get very hot! Also, make sure you wear shoes that you don't mind getting dirty because a lot of the ground is soft beach like sand. Part of the trail connects to Moss Park and you can find much needed trees and shade in the blue colored trail with a great dock that overlooks a lake.

They charge $4 to park and hike. The trail is literally within 50 feet of the turnpike. alot of traffic and road noise. did not see any wildlife on the trail which is why i love to hike. I will not waste my money or time on this trail again.

It's September. It's hot. It's barren of mammals. A sandy slog to see some butterflies, but I was here for the exercise, right? Took the South, then North Green Loop and added in the Blue Lake Loop, for around 6.5 miles. Came to see the Split Oak - but walked right passed it. It wasn't even marked.

Quiet except for the IOA planes heading north. My calves and hamstrings are cursing me from the sandy trails, evident on about 60% of the combined path.

Nice track, just empty of wildlife. If I had fur, I probably wouldn't be out in the sun much, either. (Did spot what appeared to be bobcat prints, along with some deer and small critters.)

Really great Florida wilderness trail! Watch out for the armadillos!

The park is right next to the highway which destroys the experience of a complete connection with the nature.

a perfect spot for a picnic

The lake was pretty good. The birds were plentiful. The trail was paved with little shade. There was too much trash in the water and some illegal dumping sites. There were eagles on the nest on top of a ball field light.

The short hike to the lake and back is a pleasant way to kill a few minutes. The surrounding park is alright, but a little on the gritty side. There is ample parking, and a restroom facility.

Really nice fire roads that snake all over and go forever!

Nice and easy trail

Walking/Running. Some times you will see gators and you will definitely see a variety of birds.

This is a pleasant, mile-long path circling Lake Eola in downtown Orlando. There are plenty of visually pleasing sites, from Orlando's skyline to the iconic Linton E. Allen (a.k.a. Centennial) fountain located in Lake Eola's center. Few restaurants and bars occupy the path's edge for those who just want to kick back and relax. Many events take place, including a farmer's market on Sundays and concerts at the Walt Disney amphitheater. Just be wary of looking for parking around the area and the population density, as it's considered to be the "Central Park of Orlando".

I love lake Eola; it's a great place to walk around on the weekends. They have markets till 4 pm and different vendors and activities. If you are a early bird think this would be a great walk to stretch your legs out and start your day.

Stick to disc golf course and main trail for a short but sweet walk. Don't take any of the little trails that head into the bush as you wouldn't want to disturb some questionable activities between men. Not that there's anything wrong with that but this is technically a public place.

It is a well paved trail for easy to moderate hikers. I went on a cool morning and enjoyed myself I would not recommend it during a hot day for there is little to no shade. The views are kind of bland but not altogether terrible. I did see plenty of water birds including an osprey and even a gator.
