beautiful area but does NOT allow pets.

this park was Florida's most visited, till Disney.

biked and hiked part of this today. it's actually an easy trail. Wood packers on trail and saw a coral snake while biking but it scurried away quickly. the paved bike trail is awesome! had fun! so glad we have a safe riding option in Ocala! fun day. will return!

This was my first off road experience. We had a great time. If this was easy though I can’t imagine difficult.

nice paved and unpaved trails for biking or walking

The trail is only two miles. Nice shadier walk. Park and trail well kept.

There is a nice paved trail, perfect for biking. Very easy. Wear sunscreen as there is no shade. Gets really hot mid summer for this reason. The Florida trail and Cross Florida Greenway intersect here. A few hilly spots to mountain bike. Very peaceful. Lovely park with large playground at start of trail. Clean restrooms and facility.

Nice trail to hike or bike.

Ride here 2-3 times per week for past 17 years. Great equestrian community here.

We loved it! It’s rated as an “easy” trail but I’m a little afraid of heights and some of the obstacles had me holding on for dear life. So much fun, definitely recommend and would do again.

Not much to look at. Good for exercise.

Nice trail, however it is 4.5 miles one way

Very nice, we had so much fun!! The place is beautiful. Was our first time with the Jeep . They didn’t had a map, we were lost a little, but others Jeep Drivers was there to help. Will definitely come back again, more prepared.

It was our first real "off road" experience and we had a great time. We went on a Saturday and mostly all alone on the trail. The few others there were friendly. The trail offered many fun ups and downs that were plenty challenging enough for us beginners. There was one hill that was too much for us this time, but we will want to go down it on another trip. I highly recommend this place -- very fun.

no parking what so ever. no trail head. parking along side of hwy. 40 will get you very stuck or your vehicle broken into. on the plus side FL trails are beautiful with abundant wildlife. bring water, bug spray and have fun.

No parking. It was flooded after a thunderstorm the previous day. Nice trees.

I’m not sure this trail is really on AllTrails. But there are two of them. Lake eaton One is a sinkhole there’s a boardwalk. It’s pretty amazing. I missed it the last time I was here somehow. The other is a trail around the lake. Lake eaton. You have a feeling of real isolation when you’re here. But you’re really not that far from Silver Springs. You know you stayed at the right hotel when at the elevator they show a map how to get to this place. I came early in the morning 6:30 AM I thought I might hear more birds. But still a very fun walk invigorating. 56°

Nice easy trail wich is part of a bigger trail system within Silver Springs State Park. Typical Florida ecosystems around a large sink hole which is located on the southern half of loop.

Looks like the Swamp and River Trails are combined here. They're both great.

Both the Florida Trail and paved trails in this section are really nice.

I can't wait to try this walk in the fall, and it's not so humid sure mosquitoes, fewer biting flies. I think would've really like about this trail is how far off the beaten path you feel. What are you are you go on several dirt roads to get to it. And you won't likely see anybody on the trail, although they are wonderfully marked with signs throughout about the wildlife. The boardwalk so great if only I could learn to walk without scaring off all the wildlife. Lots of spiderwebs so bring a Walkingstick. If her last birds in the morning humidity is still very high.

There are two trails here. I went on the sinkhole loop first. If you like isolated, thick woods and narrow trAils this is perfect. I only had time to do a little bit of the lake eaton trail. I'll be back to see the lake. Once again I used the trekking poles brother Jim gave me. Thanks Jim

This is a great out and back trail that will bring you from the campground/museum area to the headwaters of the Silver River. Some of the trail is shaded but at least half of the trail had no tree cover so you are hiking in the full Florida sun. The trail is mostly hardpacked with some of the trail being soft sand.

This is a nice walk on mostly hard pack trail with some sections being loose sand. Lots of wildlife spotted and signs of wild Boar so be on the look out.

I love riding my bike here. It's the right distance and difficulty for me. It's all right for walking but a bit hot. Sometime I need to try hiking the unpaved trails though. There's a playground at one end as well.

Took my wife and I here over the weekend with a handful of buddies and our Jeeps (Memorial Day 2017). Had a great time all in all, nicely divided trails for 4x4's, and motocross to ride on the same property. Lots of edge of your seat moments to be had, wether it be you doing the driving, or sitting on ground level watching your buddy pull off a really steep hill climb. Or, hell, even just hanging out near the front watching the motocross riders go nuts on the jumps.

But, if you do go and you're new to off roading, I highly recommend that you bring motion sickness meds. My wife said they were her saving grace while we were out there. Other than that, bring something to eat, a cooler with something to drink, and enjoy a lunch under the trees on the trails.

**And please, don't forget to clean up after yourselves. Don't ruin nature for the rest of us.**

Beautiful took the river trail its short and easy. Very scenic with the river along the way at few areas. The day was picture perfect.

This is one of my favorite trails! There are several different options of which trail to take while hiking so it never gets boring. There are different trails for hiking, biking & horseback riding so you don't usually have to worry about watching out for others who may be moving much faster.
