I've spent more time on these trails than anywhere in Jacksonville. I love the diversity and beauty. I especially love the arch tree!

clean trail, great scenic views along the pier

good gorgeous walking and trail running
mostly Sandy path. some wild flowers. vegetation varies across the trail. total trail is 6+ miles.

The trail itself is very short and easy but I give it five stars because the history and fort are interesting and there's so much to learn. Plus the visitor center with tons of information.

Very easy trail. Beautiful scenery throughout and lots of wild life.

Relatively flat, good trail, almost constant twisting path 1 hour or less to ride

Great short walk for those with limited time; perfect for a quick lunchtime walk.

The UNF trails are a true treasure of Jacksonville. I've been running here for over ten years and appreciate them more every time I hit the trail. Hoping to see some expansion! Also great for walking with the family as there are plenty of picnic tables near the lake.

Lots of pine trees and scrub. A few nice flowers. Not much shade. Very sandy trail. Not much variety at all. Perhaps better for runners instead of hikers. Won't go back anytime soon.
