White loop was surprisingly nice, lots of enclosed tunnel like trails surrounded by towering oaks. Eventually opened up into a grassy pine flat wood as I neared the road and parking area.

Easy trail. Paved and will have cyclists on the trail on most evenings and weekend.
I haved cycled it numerous times seeing deer, multiple variety of snakes sunning and black bear.

The trail is a great bike ride and is very scenic.

This trail has been extended as of nov 2018. Park your car at the following places: rotary park, edgewater, May town spur, gobblers lodge rd in Osteen. You can ride any of the sections, edgewater to maytown (16 Miles), maytown to titusville(15 Miles),maytown to gobblers lodge(15 miles). Bring plenty of water. No places to stop for water found. Some hot stretches, some shady spots. We saw 4 rides in 32 miles.

dirt trail was a disappointment

Not well marked. Not much wildlife. But gorgeous tree canopy and calm environment.

Encountered turkey hunters so be respectful of noise.

I use this trail as a cardio trail. Nicely paved, not much shade in some places, bring sunscreen and hydrate properly. I can't wait for the entire trail to be completed.

It was good. Had some muddy marsh land spots to hike through. A couple trees were down, blocking the trail, assuming from hurricane Irma. It was cool hopping over them, so it was fine. Had a lot of spiderwebs to walk through, first thing in the morning. Was able to get through all of them just fine. Overall, good scenic peaceful hike.

Great place to bike ride. Pretty much a straight line from start to finish. Not much shade in some places.

Also used as horse trail so watch where you step.. last 1/4 of trail was flooded because of proximity to St. Johns river. Did not encounter much wildlife.

By far one of my favorite trails. I love to hike and be in the woods. On this trail, You can see everything possible when it comes to Florida Wildlife. I have seen Deers, Bobcats, Bears, Boars, Turkeys, Cows, Turtles, Snakes and Alligators on this trail. Trail is also well marked with white traingles painted on the tree's. Warning, Parts of this trail does flood during rainy season and is open to hunters during the hunting season. I hike this trail every chance I get and will be back again :)

Ok just a straight trail. A few interesting things.

Just another urban paved bike/rollerblade path. I did see two raccoons but you'll find them near most dumpsters in Florida. I hate to sound negative but reality is reality!!

Paved, shaded, nice springs to visit along the DeBary/ Enterprise portions. Osteen dinner is right after the bridge over 415. Not rural backpacking trail. Great for family biking/ hiking.

It will be a joyous day when the entire corridor of trails is complete. For now, this segment is a beautiful little trail through a quaint area of Northeast Florida. It seems more secluded than it really is. I will reserve criticism of the trail for now, as it will be connecting to the other trails across the state. However, the lack of bathrooms or even a water fountain makes it a less-desirable trail to visit in the hotter months.

Approximately 27 mile flat (round trip) from Lake Monroe boat ramp to Osteen SR 415. Trail passes by Gemini Springs, beautiful park with many amenities. Continue on to Green Springs Park with a beautiful 76’ deep green spring but no swimming (does have restroom and drinking water). Continue on to Osteen 415 bridge (not in service yet). Trail is approximately 50% shade cover with many good vistas.

We hike these trails often, being so close to home yet seemingly remote. The scenery changes constantly and some of the wood bridges are just too cool. Be great biking trails. Check my profile for some of the track variations.

Took the wife and kids biking on the East Central Regional Rail Trail today. We had a great time! This is a beautiful trail, and the trailhead has an uniquely stunning green spring. Will definitely visit this trail again. It is great for all ages.
