Took my kids lots of cool things to see during the hike from nature to ruins of old houses.

Fun and a nice workout.

Smells great. The smell of leaves from these trees makes it very pleasant.

This was a nice trail. There are restrooms at the trailhead and lots of parking. I went on a colder day while it was snowing so there was not much traffic.

It's not a bad trail. There can be heavy traffic. It's easy to get in and out from with lots of free parking.

great trail. great workout.

The trail is great for a brisk walk and open nature, but it wasn’t very scenic. Still a great escape for any Delawarean looking to get out of the house!

Great trail with mild elevation. Takes you through a beautiful wildflower area.

Nice meandering with minor elevation changes.

Not a bad trek. Lots of mountain bikers to look out for

Not the most scenic of walks and gets crowded but does the job in a pinch. Nice loop and well maintained.

Great trail on a rainy day.

Pro: Tons of activities for everyone and multi purpose trail

Cons: Can get a bit crowded and not scenic

Great woodsy hike! Nice inclines. If you've got puppy company, watch out for oncoming bikers!

I grew up in Newark but never ran any of these trails. Wow! So much fun. Well-marked and maintained. Beautiful and green. Loved it!

The trail head and trail are well marked. It's good for hiking, biking and trail running. There is adequate parking and toilets. I would rate this easy, not moderate. It's mostly wooded, with a short stretch next to the Pike Creek, and a couple of short stretches with road noise. Fee area.

Great trail for a hike with two dogs. Encountered a lot of mountain bikers and some trail runners. Everyone was very friendly. I wouldn't consider it moderate. It was pretty easy. I did choose this hike because I'm trying to complete the DE State Park Trail Challenge. According to the map and my GPS, I walked the whole trial, but I didn't find the symbol. Awe shucks...guess that means I have to go back :)

This is White Clay Trail! Not the arc monument. They charge you $4 to get in the state park to access the trail

Very flat. Great for a solid distance run. Not a very interesting hiking trail, in my opinion.

I did this trail today (along with Whitely Farms Trail) and I thoroughly enjoyed it. It was so peaceful. I will be back (sooner rather than later).

I really enjoyed this trail. I highly recommend it. The majority of the time, the only sounds I heard were those of birds and the wind through the trees. There was the occasional air plane overhead and car driving past (when the trail was near the road) but for most part just nature. I saw a couple other hikers and maybe four or five bikers. The trail was very very peaceful. It is $8 to park for out of state plates and $4 for Delaware plates.
