This is know as the Twin Valley Trail locally and by the Park. Very nice trail with modest elevation changes, a couple of creek crossings, and some nice views. Great family hike. My wife and I have done it with a two and a half year old and one year old strapped to our backs. Our now four year old had walked most of it on her own two feet. Most of it is under tree cover so a good hot weather hike.
Plus, you get the Arc monument, so an interesting bit of history/geography thrown in.

Really nicely marked trails. Fun run

We love pet-friendly Glasgow Park, six miles south of Newark, in the town of Glasgow. There are the red-lined trials, but there also the back trails on the north side of the Park that are are more wooded. Our favorite is the loop on the northeast side of the Park with lots of native loblolly pine, some of which are very tall.

Nice, clean and peaceful.

The fallen logs had been neatly placed off the trail and two people were working on parts of the trail today. They were friendly. This was a nice trail with a lot of variety. My Golden loves it too!

Perfect for first timers!

Very easy, paved path. I’ve run here regularly for years, mostly because it’s close to my house. They’ve expanded some of the parking lots and improved the rainwater drainage, which had added some inclines to the path. But the people... there are a fair number of dog walkers, bikers, and runners here who are all very respectful. There also tends to be large numbers of people walking in groups who are completely oblivious to runners and frankly don’t care. Most of them will not move and you’re forced to go around. On-coming walkers see you and assume that you’re not going to go through them. It’s a bit frustrating for seasoned runners. However, this is a great park for beginners and highly trafficked, even after dusk. I feel comfortable running here after dark.

It's an average run of the mill trail.

Nothing to see and no particular memorable sights along the way.

If you're looking for a casual walk this is a decent enough place.

Took my kids lots of cool things to see during the hike from nature to ruins of old houses.

This trail was quite popular for good reason. Sun coming through the pines was breath taking. I made a note of the private camp sites. Beware! Port a Johns are a distance and water even further. Backpacking with a car! Sounds good to me. Longer trail and tent on list for the future. Bottom line, worth the drive from Wilmington!

Fun and a nice workout.

Smells great. The smell of leaves from these trees makes it very pleasant.

The path and is clean and maintained well. On the path you will pass a pond and a mansion.

This trail is short and hilly but it is a good workout. I would rate this a easy walk and it is very easy to access.

This was a nice trail. There are restrooms at the trailhead and lots of parking. I went on a colder day while it was snowing so there was not much traffic.

It's not a bad trail. There can be heavy traffic. It's easy to get in and out from with lots of free parking.

great trail. great workout.

The trail is great for a brisk walk and open nature, but it wasn’t very scenic. Still a great escape for any Delawarean looking to get out of the house!

clean and easy walk

Great trail with mild elevation. Takes you through a beautiful wildflower area.

Nice meandering with minor elevation changes.

nice easy trail!! very peaceful and beautiful

Not a bad trek. Lots of mountain bikers to look out for

Not the most scenic of walks and gets crowded but does the job in a pinch. Nice loop and well maintained.

It was a nice walk in the woods - well kept. Dog loved it. Quick and easy

This is an easy hike and takes about 45 minutes. It is flat and closed off during hunting season. dog and horse friendly. camp sites in the area also.

Great trail on a rainy day.

Pro: Tons of activities for everyone and multi purpose trail

Cons: Can get a bit crowded and not scenic

We liked it we got off course as usual but it was easy to get back on. Very nice to walk along the river. Not a lot of people and some mud. Some parts are very rocky but it's a nice relaxing walk.
