fun easy windy pathway - started loop at yellow trail then red orange blue & ended with red - trail is well marked but can get confusing with the multiple cross overs - fun nonetheless!

This is a beautiful hike with great views on a nice day. There were mushrooms everywhere! I like to go out and see what I can find after a good rain. I will definitely be back in the fall when there aren't as many mosquitos. I would recommend going out early in the morning. I only came across 1 other person the whole length of the trip plus a couple kids on dirt bikes along the road that runs parallel to the blue blazed/Regicides trail. Overall a good steady hike with a mixture of different trees, mushrooms, deer, streams, and birds.

Fun, easy, quick (1.5hr) hike through the woods; the stream and bridge were a nice place to relax and absorb the nature; great hike for families or people visiting New Haven
