Beautiful little hidden gem. Impeccably marked. Can't wait to go trail running here! As previous comments state, the actual Taylor Pond Trail is only about .75 miles, but if you take the connectors, it adds up to a little over 2 miles.

Beautiful little park and nice trail, great for a few hours in the woods, bring a picnic too!

Lived around here forever and never knew this existed. Very well maintained and peaceful.

very well marked, recommend boots because it can be very muddy. Great for dogs!

Quiet, nicely kept trail. Well marked with a sweet little interpretive trail guide you can follow to learn more about the geography and botany of the area.

Very pleasant walk and at one point near the Pine grove, it almost looks like a mystical forest ❤️

Easy hike, love that it's dog friendly. Benched to sit and enjoy the trails. Many different paths you can go on.

Will return!

This is a really nice place and easy hiking. The trails are well marked and there are signs with maps at points where other trails connect. We did 2.2 miles, which started on Taylors Pond trail, connected to Julia's trail, back onto Taylor's Pond trail. Then we chose to take the Ruby trail connector, but instead of doing the Ruby trail loop, we just went right, to the end of Ruby trail; which brings you back out to the gravel access road and back you the parking/picnic area. There are a couple access points to the river that our dogs enjoyed romping around in for a few minutes to cool off. Watch out for snakes at the beginning of Taylor's Pond Trail!

Lovely trail but the Taylor Pond trail is only .75 mile long....not 2.1. There are three separate loops....Taylor, Julia and Ruby, the combined total of which is about 3 miles.

A peaceful light hike through a lush landscape

Well maintained, very peaceful. Lots of little babbling brooks and foliage. A small river runs by a portion of the Julia's trail.
The 2 mile trail this post mentions is the Taylor Pond trail combined with Julia's Trail.

An easy trail with a light canopy and not much change in elevation, several small brooks crossed with well placed planks and one larger creek with a substantial bridge. Well maintained by locals. Several old stone walls. Pleasant picnic area at the trail head. There are three other trails in this park (Fenton Ruby Park).
