Good for dogs, more trails than shown on map, moderate climb, a little tougher if you go along the falls.

Not much of a hike, more of a walking trail than anything. Took the blue and white trails. The white trail has you serpentine a lot. The pond is very pretty though, especially on a sunny day!

Love this place. Easy hiking and beautiful scenery.

Huntington offers a wide range of trails from easy to difficult. Only setback is that it is too popular .

love this place! so many trails to explore, was lost for a bit so deff follow a map because you dont see a lot of people once your out in the trails.

Note: the color of the trail when you start at the south lot (the one with the bear and wolf sculptures) is actually the blue trail. Allltrails mistakenly notes if as the white trail.

Great hike. Well marked. Would prefer in the fall when the leaves expose the reservoir.

Great place to hike with children and dogs.

Great park. I wonder if Collis Huntington would approve of anything associated with his name being open to the general public?

One of my fav locations.

Varied, easy terrain and water views make this a nice light hike. Great for dogs and/or kayaking, too.

A great place to go for a walk or a hike. Varied terrain and trails make this my go to place for a hike. I just wish they would clean the latrine.

The view is gorgeous. Great place to take your significant other.

live near so we hike these trails often. we park in the lower parking spot near Poverty Hollow rd. not many hikers use this entrance. Makes for a peaceful hike.

Well marked and defined bridle, and single tracks for trail running, mountain biking and hiking. This is my go to spot during the fall and when I want to work on my speed, or just get an easy run in.

Love this area! Trail system offers many options on both sides of the lake and views of the reservoir are just beautiful!

lovely trail to hike! has a very scenic route with information boards along the way that tell you about the plants or the bird in the area! there is also a rock that many people were jumping off and swimming at!

I absolutely loved this trail! It was so peaceful and not difficult at all! Great if you want to get in a good workout!

No views that I could see but I liked the way this was set up where you could cut through to make the hike shorter at any time or continue

Extra wide trails make for lots of use by bikers and horses. The numerous narrow and unmarked trails are better.

This park has a good combination of wide, simple trails and some more challenging single track. There are some nice water features and some interesting boulders. It's nice to head of the main trails and take some of the smaller trails that zig-zag through the woods and mountain laurel.

Excellent, have hiked blue trail a couple of times a week on average over the last year.

By far my favorite place to hike to in all of redding. best view in town. there is a G-O casher hidden right around the ledge behind the small drop off if you walk back into the woods a little hidden underneath a rock that sticks out over another.
have hiked this trail spring, summer, fall and winter and it never gets old. always loved climbing down the ledge to the bottom where there were a few artists who did some taggnig down there over the past 15 years.
must have done this hike 100 times at least. use to live within 5 miles of it and it was a great run every few days out of the week.

Great park for just about everything. Have hiked just about every inch of this place, mountain biked through, scenic runs and even a few nice little swims. Great place to go out on a canoe or kayak. There is a tiny little island out on the larger body of water which has a little replica of a lighthouse. Water is deep enough to jump in from the tower, one of my favorite spots to relax by.
