Flat and easy strolling. Beautiful wildflower meadows and views of the hills around Farmington as well as the lovely Pope-Riddle house which constitutes the must-see Hill-Stead Museum. Trails are free to access from the museum parking lot. There are a variety of small interconnecting loop trails through woods, meadows, and wetlands. Great bird watching. Also accessible to though hikers from the Blue Trail which abuts the property. This loop is a combination of the Bittersweet, Woodland, Swamp Oak trails.Show more
