Trail marked decent. I followed the yellow markings through out the trail. Sometimes, I got lost and traced my steps. Trash around the water falls and Cascade. Saw the bridge as well-very beautiful. Peaceful hike. 5-20% gradation on trail.

The loop that is marked on this has a short portion that is steep with lots of rocks and roots, but it can easily be avoided if you wish to stay on flatter terrain. it's a fairly short portion though, easily navigated by young kids. lots of dogs on this trail, almost all off leash.

So beautiful and peaceful. One of my favorite places to come and reconnect with nature!

Lots of dogs. Pretty trail along the water.

Limited parking but that makes it more exclusive. Beautiful in the spring and summer. I really enjoy the views offered from different locations along the trail. Dog friendly.

Peaceful loop.all the dogs were an added bonus

around the lake several trees have been chopped off, perhaps for better view. hiking trail has been widened and made into a gravelled path. As someone has mentioned you come across lots of unruly dogs who are not on the leash and will pounce on you. There is no rule forcing the dog owners to keep their dogs on the leash. Dog owners will love it. Hikers, sorry this is not for you.

Awesome match with my own wishes and what that trail has to show us up... Amazing spring trees, lake/creek, efficient signs and polite dogs. Be prepared with right shoes and swimming stuffs

well kept trail and great scenery.

Dog friendly. Lots of roots and rocks. Close to the highway but river cascades drown out any noise.

Well marked trail.

beautiful

Perfect "surf line trail" for fat tire biking! Essentially flat with wide sand beaches and surf lines ... and at low tide extends the walkable/rideable mud flats out ~1/4 mile into the LI Sound. Horseback riders out similarly on the flats at low tides sometimes.

Spring is underway. You can see plants beginning to sprout, frogs and ducks in the ponds. What a beautiful spot.

local spot close to everything and good for dog hikes, but lots of owners who lef their crazy dogs go about. two separate occasions my friends dogs have gotten attacked by other people's dogs.
