trail is nicely marked. I didn't expect so much rocky incline/decline on the descent of the loop. At one point I had to find an alternate way up a rock for my Brittany (who is a midsized hunting dog). Nice hike just don't expect the way back to be easy.

Love it! My new favorite hike! Cool rick chasm, many trails to choose from!

Some trails were very good. some trails are blocked off because of deforestation going on y the State. Some bridges are closed for repair.

Nice hiking trail. There is some elevation and a few spots where you need to pay attention to footing and trail markers and one section where you climbed up some rocks (not too steep). Recommend hiking boots as there are a few sections that cross streams and very wet ground. We did the full orange loop in about 1 hour (we are both very fit). Views of the ridge-line are pretty. Glad we finally hiked in Devi's Hopyard and will likely return to see what is on the other trails.

very wet. it was mud or a river on the trail. all 4 large water crossings were high. park at the road entrance if you have a regular car. the 1stghird of the road is great the last 2 thirds is more muddy trail. my sedan drove sideways at one point and the bottom dragged for a good 20ft.

Really ashame they had to put painted trail markers every 20 yards including on beautiful moss covered boulders.

Trails were clearly marked, with the exception of trail splits. These were not marked well. Parts were overgrown and had fallen trees across the path.

A nice straight forward trail. Good for dogs. I take my reactive dog and there is plenty of space to move over, especially in the fall time when there is good visibility. Just wear bright colors of course because hunting is allowed and keep your dogs on leash just to be safe. Also it's flooded where we stopped and turned around.

Chapman Falls was amazing. We did the orange trail counterclockwise. It was a mainly easy hike and the trails were well marked and wide. Can't wait to go back and explore some more.

This is a great little trail with some good climbs. The blazes should start a little soon when you get over the covered bridge! Hint: go straight and you will figure it out. I brought my pups and they had a great time! Pretty vista and devils den is quite steep to get to but very cool when you get there. Overall a great trail!

Hiked it with two 5year olds. A little rocky. Totally doable with kids. Great views and lots of extras. Found some trees that fell over the stream that we got to cross. Lots of fun!

This was a unique hike which mixed man made scenery with scenic woodlands and river scenes. The intricate stone walls and castle itself are a testament to the craftsmanship of the stone masons. The rail trail offered a few benches to rest and enjoy your surroundings. Again Alltrails saves the day with the GPS. As others have noted, there are no trail markings and there is a spiderweb of trails. It was a very enjoyable hike that I will definitely repeat another day.

Busy Trail with cleared, well-marked paths. About a quarter mile in is the incline up which makes for a great workout. Once trail evens outs, you're going up again then down. After rainfall there are some muddy areas to watch for but shouldn't be a problem if you have waterproof boots. Will definitely do it again.

The trail was overgrown and hard to see. It also made it hard to see the many rocks, roots and branches. Many markers are not visible far enough from the previous marker. Which means you have to pause often to determine where the trail goes. I went down what I thought was a path for a pretty good stretch and had to turn around then found the trail again. I did the entire trail but did not realize until halfway through I was not recording. It is a beautiful area though but it would be nicer so if the trail was better maintained

Excellent trail. Losing yourself is definitely an option - blazes are sometimes random. Scrambles are fun. Dog loved it

Took the Orange Trail with my dog. Super rocky, great workout. Long enough to feel accomplished, short enough to not feel like it was never ending.

Pretty easy trail but it does have its moderate moments. Nice bridge for a photo op and fun to cross.
