So - this is a spectacular hike !
We started (per the app) at the mid station gondola and hiked the “see forever” trail . . . BUT don’t stop there. 1:45 to top of “see forever” - then proceed to top of gold hill and proceed to the steel extreme ski stairs (stairway to heaven) which adds another hour - then another hour back down to the Wasatch trail down to Bear creek (3 hrs). Wasatch is absolutely splendid. So total time on a relaxed agenda was about 7 hrs. Could be done in 5.5 - 6 straight thru - but too many photo ops and lunch spots !
Great flowers - elk and small varmints. Great Alpine views and only saw two other hikers.

Moderate mtn bike route with sharp switchbacks, steep descents, and some exposure.

Good views, but 1) the trail is all gravel and dirt, following ski slopes, which wasn't very nature-ey or fun, and 2) its more strenuous than we thought -- lot of sharp uphill

Steep and a bit rocky, a good aerobic workout! Beautiful views and incredible scenery. Says 5 miles but I recorded 7+ but maybe because we hiked up the ridge higher.

The trail starts at the top of the gondola and climbs steadily to the edge of revelation bowl. The trail gets better (like most) the higher you go. At the trail terminus, you can keep going uphill to the top of Gold Hill with its famous stairs. Or, do as we did and cut to the left on the Wasatch Trail. This trail switchbacks across slippery scree with a narrow trail and exciting exposure. The views are incredible and there were plentiful wildflowers. We then took the Wasatch connection to the Bear Creek trail, took a spur to Bear Creek falls, then hiked into Telluride. Fantastic hike overall. We did it with 3 kids (9,7,4) and it was a bit difficult for them on the steep scree. The 4 year old rode on my back with a Piggyback Rider for probably 2/3 of the hike. If you pack a lunch, be aware that there are not many good shady lunch spots after you leave treeline on See Forever until you reach the Bear Creek trail.

Beautiful views at the top but you are following ski runs the entire time.

Great trail accessed via parking in the free Mountain Village parking garage and riding the free gondola two stops. Some snow to trump through a couple of weeks ago (Memorial Day wkd) but totally manageable with normal hikers. Hiking poles help some, especially on the scree coming down. Amazing views as the trail/ski run name implies.

Great views and good trail starting at the gondola. If you time it right, you can even go to Happy Hour at Allreds after.
