Beautiful fall walk with gorgeous views of the Rockies and downtown. Lots of dogs. Flat lake walk.

Decent small dog trail, moderate to heavy bike traffic on the switchback bellow summit.

Best place to run in Denver with sneaky vert over a number of laps. Can get muddy when rainy. Watch for bad drivers on their phones at crosswalks, most people don’t realize it’s pedestrian-priority.

not great for walking, definitely more for bikes. small loose rock on most of the trail.

great trails. Encounter three some snakes along the way.

Green mountain? More like yellow mountain. Steep beginning but don't get discouraged it gets easier.

Lots of Mountain bikes to watch out for if you are just walking. No shade. Pretty easy for the most part. Great views!

I loved this trail. I was going to do the 4-mile Green Mountain Loop but ended up doing longer 6.5-mile loop. The trail is narrow so need to move aside for bikers/runners but everyone was very courteous and made room for one another. I took my dog and it was a good trail for her. Just be sure to keep your dog on the trail - there are a lot of small, hidden cacti along the edge of the trail. There are signs warning of rattlesnakes. I did not see/hear any but one guy I stopped to talk to said he saw a baby rattler on the trail. Great view from the summit. NO SHADE. Bring a hat/sunscreen.

Nice little running trail

nice quick hike close to home. cool views of morrison. great during sunset

I would recommend this trail to anyone who wants to hike or jog a loop of this distance. Most of the distance there is an option of paved or not. It is wheelchair friendly. It is relatively flat with only slight changes in elevation. The northwest part is a nicely developed park with baseball diamonds. The southeast is less developed with high grasses. It takes about 40 minutes at a moderate pace in a wheelchair.

Very easy and little to see. Nice to go out to Denver without going too far.

Nice sunday morning hike!

Easy walk but do it frequently. Denver removed the geese so less goose poop to watch out for. Overall a nice easy loop for neighbors. Wouldn’t drive to it but a lot of people do.

I gets 2 stars for the historical significance but it was generally unimpressive. it's gives you a good view of the smog in the mountains and the amount of traffic there is on I70. very easy trail though if you're a beginner. had a sign up that it was under maintenance

longer hike than I expected for the full loop. lots of homeless people but they kept to themselves. park for the kids. lots of dogs. park Ranger on site. boating and sailing and body boarding allowed.

Decent trail. Best times to ride are midday or early in the morning. There is some construction around Quebec. The dust is horrible.

Trail is HEAVILY dominated by bikers. I had to stop every couple of minutes to let them pass. It was a tight squeeze letting them by with just myself so wouldn’t recommend with a larger group. Very, very rocky and quite steep in several areas. Great views!

This is a standard 2 mile easy loop for a walk or bike ride but for the more adventurous folks every little dirt path along the way will lead the out to a gorgeous little hidden pond or very cool rivers & a cute little rock "amphitheatre". This is one of my favorite new places to spend a couple of hours in complete tranquility & I'll definitely be back!
