Paved simple run + jog

Lots of dogs but everyone was responsible and respectful. Completely plowed the day after a big storm.

Good for work runs. Less stop and go than street running and usually cleared after snow

Great day today here. High of 68 with moderate wind.

Even on a busy day it doesn't feel congested. And keep an eye for the bald eagle, last two times I was there he was in a tree in the north side of the park.

Took this easy path (including the wetland loop) on a sunny mid-December morning with the temperatures just above freezing. There was some ice on the trail but it was easy to navigate. Saw a herd of deer, including two bucks, on the trail and an eagle as we drove out of the park. The nearby shooting range made it sound a little like a war zone but it wasn't too distracting.

Concrete loop. Very popular with dog owners. Big views up and down the Front Range. Unique open space for residents of west a Denver metropolitan area.

A section along the river at the NW corner is not a maintained trail and requires picking over rocks and trees on steep slopes.

Another nice walk round the lakes in a chilly October!

Beautiful city park with several walking paths around the lakea and through the park

Best place to run in Denver with sneaky vert over a number of laps. Can get muddy when rainy. Watch for bad drivers on their phones at crosswalks, most people don’t realize it’s pedestrian-priority.

great trails. Encounter three some snakes along the way.

I would recommend this trail to anyone who wants to hike or jog a loop of this distance. Most of the distance there is an option of paved or not. It is wheelchair friendly. It is relatively flat with only slight changes in elevation. The northwest part is a nicely developed park with baseball diamonds. The southeast is less developed with high grasses. It takes about 40 minutes at a moderate pace in a wheelchair.

Great Saturday walk with dog. Lots of people on the trails with plenty of room for everyone. Enjoy.

Great, safe city park walk. Lots of runners and dog walkers. Everyone polite and courteous.

This is my new favorite Denver park for taking a brisk walk! It's got trails and/or pathways aplenty to choose from, adjacent to a waterway and other open space, lots of trees, with a huge, beautiful lawn in the middle. I cannot believe I've lived here so long and never enjoyed this place before. A little outdoorsy experience right in the city.

great easy trail and a beautiful park overall

quite short but is a great quick getaway when you need to clear your head. beautiful

My go to during the work week when I can’t go to the mountain trails. I’ll start from home on the Highline canal trail and connect with the park.

Wash Park in general is a great place for kids and families and weekend get togethers. The loop is great for walkers and runners and very dog friendly. There is no incline. I am here at least once a week!

It's a beautiful park, but this specific route jumps from path to path without much logic.
