Very easy trail, leading up to beautiful views. Ample parking at trail head.

A great cool down trail after long hikes. Shady trail that is very easy walking. Plenty of wildlife along the creek. This is a short trail perfect for walking with young children and pets. Take your time and enjoy nature and the creek. Some nice rock formations along the trail as well. Trail starts behind the visitors center and ends at a parking lot up the canyon. This parking lot is where Middle Columbine Trail begins.

Loved having the sound of the rushing river the entire walk. The first .7 miles to the trail marker is fully exposed to sun, but once you get to 622 it’s a nice single track with full tree coverage. The last part of the hike is steeper than the rest, but worth the effort for the nice waterfall and place to hang out before heading back. We showed up at 11 and got lucky, three people were leaving at same time so we got a parking spot. It took us about 1.5 hours up and back and we loll i gagged, took pictures and hung at the end for a while. Easy hike and nice way to spend a couple hours.

Nice views, easy trail. Downside is there’s a fee to get it but I think it’s worth it!

Good trail! Go through the gate .7 miles to the 622 trail head on your right. Just as the dirt road curves left you will see the TH. Then it’s a somewhat medium hike. After the 7th bridge keep going up about .2 miles for awesome views!! Loved it!

Beautiful views. For military it was $13. I think its worth it if you hike the 2 trails at the top. Definitively do inspiration falls. Views are amazing! Mission falls is less exciting.

Wanted to go to dinner at 1858 with 3 other people and they wanted charged 15.50 a person to get in the park. What a waste of time and money that was a joke

There is a little bit of a walk to get to the trail and that walk is not shaded. Once you get to the trail, it is beautiful! If you decide to follow the road and go strait, you come across a beautiful overlook!

Loved it! Beautiful views, easy-moderate trail, good shade. Got rained on, but could wait it out under some trees. After the 7th bridge the trail continues, but unclear where as it appears washed out from the rain today. Only issue I wish the trailhead was more clearly marked. Had to ask around where it was since I’m an amateur, and had no phone signal. I’m also a doofus who forgot to download the map smh. So, tips: wear shoes with good grip (not converse like me. Again doofus here lol), download a map because you most likely won’t have phone signal, know that the trailhead is marked with only numbers (622).

I’m not particularly picky about trails at all but there was honestly nothing special about this one. Half the trail is literally a dirt road

A good workout. I highly recommend early morning so you can get a parking spot. Trail is shaded the whole way. Nice views of the creek all the way as well. The Moderate rating is spot on due to the rocks and inclines.

My almost 2 year old did it by himself... easy and pretty!

The trail was nice and the falls were great. This hike rates as a moderate hike but there were definitely places that could be rated as hard, you will not breathe easy on this trail.

My wife and I were looking for a moderate to hard trail with good scenery. This one hits the mark. About 6 miles round trip from the parking area if you take the trail all the way to the intersection with the Pipeline Trail. We’re from Florida so we could feel the altitude, but managed the up and back in about 4 hours with a little time spent exploring off trail. The whole area is breathtaking.

You will come to an entrance for Seven Falls which is owned by the Broadmoor. They charge $15.5/pp to continue the hike to the falls. NO THANK YOU!!!

Nice hike, good views at the top but not my favorite. Saw some cool looking caves and a tunnel that was gated off and tagged with graffiti on the way up. The falls is nice but I guess I was expecting more. Hoping to get up to mount Rosa on another day when I have more time from this trial. Coming down had lots of scree and slipped a few times but not too bad.

Great trail with 3 awesome peaks!! I did 11.18 miles in 4:45 hrs!! I went a little extra due to missing some turns.

Pretty tough hike, but beautiful. Definitely glad I brought my hiking sticks for the way done. Altitude gain is deceiving.

Interesting little hike. Definitely varied in difficulty, as stated by another reviewer. Beginning is beyond easy, middle moderate, last ⅓ is definitely edging on "hard". Absolutely beautiful hike though. There are so many trails here, but I feel I'd do this again.

Great trail. View is awesome.

Awesome hike.
