Lovely 1.6 mike loop for walking/hiking with kids. My 3.5 year old loved the woodsy entrance, stroll out onto the dock, running past the farm - the horses were right up by the fence. Lots of interesting flora and many birds as well. No real elevation gain. When clear, nice views of the mountains across the lake.

this Trail is great and long for casual rides, just try to make sure that you stay on the correct path. you'll end up heading through a neighborhood which is kind of boring so try to stay on the marked unpaved Trail

Good daily morning hike

Nice easy 20 minute loop. Pretty clean.

Not a bad little stroll. Easy walk and connects to many of the other trails in the area. It’s great for a dog walk or just to get out for some fresh air without a substantial hike. Saw a coyote on the trail in the morning. Make sure you read the signs on what to do if you encounter one.

The paths leading to the trail (as of today) are slightly flooded. There is a spot to cross the water with logs but otherwise you have to puddle jump. If you try to bring your dog, you're gonna have a gross dog afterward.

It is very beautiful, highly trafficked. I prefer more solitude.

Good for seeing ducks and other birds. Nice view view of the mountains.

What a fabulous trail. Water, nature, Mountain View’s, mixed terrain and other people here and there. It was a fabulous 4 mike hike (3 times around) ...sunny and blue skies in February

I have ridden my bike on this trail dozens of times and love it!

good walkabout. dogs abound. lots of bikes. awesome bmx park/trail adjacent. nice
scenery.

Really enjoyed this trail. I’m always looking for new places to run that offer great scenery. This if a wide crushed rock trail with a number of transitions in grade. The trail as shown in the map from the trail head to S 112th St is just over 1.5 miles one way. It was great to get in a 5k, out and back. Enjoy.

Saw prairie dogs, coyotes and a snowy owl!! I ventured into Standley Lake Park at the west of the trail and it is beautiful! They have paddle craft rentals, tipi and camping and lots of nature programs!

We go all the time with our dog. Love everything about it minus the parking (not always enough) and crowds unless you go at off times. Beautiful place and you can see farm animals :)

Kinda barren and close to busy roads but a decent place to relax during lunch break.

This is one of my favorite places for a longer run. The scenery changes a lot along the way keeping it interesting.

Pretty lake. Too easy of a trail.

I would call this a utility road. There is no view of the lake until you are almost to the end. We did see a coyote. It would be much more enjoyable on a bike.

It was a great scenic trail, a little windy on the day I went with my dog. A great experience though. Very easy all skill levels appropriate.

There are many different trails that you can take and all of them are beautiful!

It's a pretty spot to fish and walk the trail. We come here often. There are usually a few people here however it is calm and enjoyable. Beautiful sunsets!

Easy trail that is also great for horseback riding around.

This trail ran directly behind my old house near Standley Lake and I used to hike it all the time. It's not really a "hike" more of just a walk in the park type trail running behind houses, schools, and some open spaces.

Love this lake and miss living right next to it.

I take my dog here in the fall and spring, it's a great and easy trail. I don't come during the summer because there is hardly any shade at all for most of the trail. The lake is beautiful and there's a cute little farm just off the trail.
