For the next month, I would suggest spikes, poles and pants. Don’t forget a coat and some sunscreen. It was chilly once you get out of the tree line. The last mile to the summit is a bear and snow covered. The views at the top are well worth it. Get on the trail early. Know the weather before hand because you are exposed after the first mile. Really fun hike! 1st 14er!! Whoop whoop!
