Beautiful and great for a family hike!

May 15, 2018. This is such a pretty trail, I look forward to doing the whole thing. There is a seasonal closure for elk and deer migration and reproduction from May 15 until June 20. Lets all give a shout out to the trail managers for respecting wildlife!

Note: This trail is CLOSED to all traffic 5/15-6/20/18 for wildlife preservation

My wife and I did a little over 4 miles of this one on 5/2/18. It's a fine trail with steady incline but too much snow towards the top to make all the way up. We post-holed for a while before having enough of that. Good time had by all, even so.

Late April hike, not much snow pack until the end. Turned around at mile-2 due to snow pack. Will be great in the summer. Lots of felled trees, wide trail, easy to find.

Paved path, not really a trail. A pretty walk along edge of the main road in Beaver Creek. Nice for a walk if you don’t want to get lost, but not what I would call a “trail”.

Great view and easy going trail! We did it during winter and was incredible

This trail is not well documented, alltrails currently lists as lightly trafficked hiking trail. In fact half of the trail as charted is a wide paved road, the northern half a forest access road HEAVILY trafficked by various offroad vehicles.

This is a very pleasant hike and very close to Beaver Creek. We went with a toddler and the path is comfortable with consistent coverage from the trees. After .5 miles in it forks and we took it straight down to the little stream. Definitely a good pay off with a toddler.

Nice hike, nice stream you can cool off in if u dare. When you come fork in the trail, you can go straight or it loops around to the right and reconnects with the main trail don't take it, it's over grown and almost impassable, I almost turned back because I couldn't see the trail, some hikers when descending on the main trail and I spotted them and got back on the main trail. Otherwise nice mostly shaded trail with some climbing too

Loved it! Beautiful walk with some lovely stops by the stream. Worth taking a few hours to try this

Great hike, especially in the spring when the aspens are super green or in the fall when the leaves are changing. If you have two cars you can easily loop the trail and come down through Beaver Creek.

We started at The Charter at Beaver Creek and took village to village trail to the Ritz in Bachelor Gulch. A little steep at the beginning but wonderful! You can bring your dog!! Beaver Creek used to not allow dogs in their village so that's cool. Also, if you do it the way we did, you end at brunch at Wyld! :)

Beautiful. Lots of neat things to see along the way. Wildflowers, stream. Then you pop out on the lower cinch ski trail

It's a gorgeous trail. It's much better as a hike for me, being that I live at 4500 ft. and did a triathlon yesterday. The creek was a nice treat for sore feet. ☺

There’s better hikes in the Beaver Creek/Vail area. This one is pretty much in the trees the whole time and drops you off on a service road in beaver creek.

Great hike. Moderate and in the shade the entire time. Keep an eye out for bikers flying down the trail. Only complaint is that there's not much of a grand finish. You sort of get to the end and it's a ski slope halfway up the hill. Still beautiful and would definitely do again.

Took an hr and 20 min to get there and about 45 min to get down because we saw a bear right next to the stream by the bridge. Be careful

We hiked about a mile in and back. It was pretty and as other reviewers said it starts off easy and gets more difficult as you continue down the trail. We pushed a stroller for the first 1/2 mile or 2/3 mile but left it behind when things got harder. Biggest complaint about the trail was all the flies swarming us every time we paused for the briefest moment.

This area is extremely beautiful with lots of wildflowers. The hike starts off fairly easy along the dirt path from the parking area. The climb is gradual and not to strenuous. There are a wide variety of wildflowers along the trail as well as a small stream that you cross.

I really can't even give this hike a one star because well...we never found the trail. We asked around the empty little village and no one had heard of it, there are no signs pointing to a trail head. On the way out we did see a trail that ran along side of the road but it was a lightly paved trail. I wouldn't call a trail along side a road hiking so this was super frustrating for my husband and I.

The trail is very well shaded by the countless number of trees. Not a great view of the town anywhere along the trail except for the very top, AAAmazing view of beaver creek village! If you're looking for a quick getaway from the city, this trail is perfect. Lots of dogs and friendly people.

We hiked from the base of the Gondola in Beaver Creek Village and took the Overlook trail. This trail is rated as moderate. The trail basically switchbacks up the ski runs through Aspen groves and some other thick forests. Very pretty, but is is a pretty steady incline, so be ready. Took us about 2 hrs to get to the top and we were sweating pretty good when we got there.
