Very pretty trail. I started at 7:30 and there were quite a few people at the trailhead then; it was busy when I came back in. Very pretty views.

Nothing too exciting, but a nice quick loop. Trail seems to be mostly repaired since previous reviews (one slightly overgrown section).

Gorgeous green rolling hills in the spring time. Very little shade so plan accordingly when it's hot.

Great mountain bike ride. Just be aware, if you make a left turn farther up on the trail, it takes you to Las Virgenes. Found this out the hard way and decided to ride back from Las Virgenes to Victory. Great ride though.

My Bella and I love it there

For anyone wishing to help out with repairing/restoring this trail, the California State Parks - Park Champions Program - is seeking volunteers for the morning of Jan 27, 2018. Strenuous hike uphill. Great views of the valley. Couple of people brought dogs off leash or rude when asked to hold their dog, and dog poop left on the trail too bad these people make a great hike unpleasant. Also, we saw a rattlesnake on the trail, Beware!

This is my usual go to for an easy two hour hike. Most of it is gentle incline, except the hill at the half way point. The whole path is well trafficked by bikes, horses, and people.
Bikers, please remember to slow down when coming up on hikers, they have the right of way no matter how fast you want to go (yes, some bikers zip right by and I pulled an ankle once when surprised by one coming from behind).

This trail is not in great shape - half of it has ruts in the ground. Some of the ruts span the width of the trail making them tough to avoid. The views from the top are great and I like the challenging elevation but I'll look for better trails than this one.

This is a cute little hike that ends and mulholland drive. Not very woodsy, more like what u would find in a park and little canyon. Lots of lizards but didn't see any snakes. People should scoop their dog poop though! This is my new after work joint!

It is great and easy

It is a good place I liked it

Good workout, can modify/skip some of the Hills if you want to do an easier hike. Pretty views!

Great hike if you're looking to put in a few easy miles. There are bits of incline here and there but they are pretty easy and short-lived. There is no shade whatsoever on this trail, so keep that in mind when the sun is strong. We had to step aside for a few people of bikes but they were very considerate. Also, I believe the waterfall tag is a mistake, definitely didn't see one and can't imagine where it could have been. Parking was easy and it wasn't too crowded.

Love this hike. Not sure where the waterfall is.

As soon as we started walking on the trail we started hearing rattling which happens sometimes but it quickly got louder and louder and sounded like multiple snakes were slithering towards us so we ran as fast as we could out of there. There are NO rattlesnake signs from the start of where this map leads you.

Not easy! The trail uphill (counter-clockwise loop) is technically challenging due to ruts. There are easier ways to get similar views of the valley and canyons leading up to Mulholland. If however you're looking for a challenge in the west valley...this is your trail.

The fact that I live in Topanga Canyon and have never been here bothers me, especially after getting the chance to meander through the park for the first time today. While I can only imagine how gorgeous these hills must be in the springtime, the dry late-summer hues are awfully intriguing in their own right, especially when the weather didn't jump above 80 and a cool breeze accompanied me as I snaked my way through the canyons. I feel like I just found a gold mine, and you better believe I'll be back again soon. Several several times.

It was a terrific trail...definitely challenging, but very doable. Felt really energized once the trail ended...wanted to do it again. Will be there tomorrow!

Easy loop trail. It's breathtaking! You can have your pets, too. Good for beginners to start of.
