Little Tujunga road is closed to cars and bikes about 2 miles from the trail, at wildlife station. We had to walk to the trail-head. High mountain trail winds around. Many burned out trees. Very desolate..nobody there except one guy about a mile in. He told us to go down the fork in the trail which leads to the creek. Cool little creek with some water and a small waterfall. Worth the hike down. Hiked back up, then went further for few more miles then turned around and went home. Very nice hike with some shady areas and good views of mountains. Some areas with sheer drop-offs so avoid if you get vertigo.
