We brought our nephews (8yo and 4yo). This trail is good for the whole family. Dogs are allowed too! I would recommend this to everyone especially the beginners in hiking.

Great trail, we did the bluffs and went off on a side trail that almost landed us on PV road. It very heavily trafficked. So many people on the main trail but if you venture off you will find solitude. It is HOT! Barely any shade, there are some shady spots to drop off and catch a breath but come prepared with water, hat, sunscreen. Some of the side trails are closed and enforcement was present. Aside from the mass amount of people it’s a great workout!

Nice trail, dogs are allowed on leash. Came on a Friday morning a little after 9 and it was pretty crowded by then. Sadly, about 2 miles in. the trail was closed off, so we were forced to turn around. Also, no shade, wear sunscreen & a hat!

Just came back from here about 1 hr ago with some friends I like it nice view it stinks and wish ppl would pick they horse poop up but cool trail

4 year old made it almost all the way through without a shoulder ride. A bit steep in some places like to get down to the water, definitely worth the extra time to get down to the tide pools. Pretty heavy traffic.

Definitely just a walk, the water is nice. We tried to go to the tide pools but area is closed due to rocks falling. A lot of rocks! We did go up the bluff to walk on the road to add some extra mileage.

nice little walk...easy to see path and keep social distance from each other There is a port a potty by first parking lot just to right after u park if needed. we got there earlyish like 9 and there wasnt too many people...later you go I imagine the busier it gets

5/27/20 9 am -11 am Open to public, but should wear a mask. It is very easy to keep distance when walking on the trail. Sometimes the trail will get narrow but mostly everyone there kept their mask on. I Really Enjoyed this hiking/ walking trail. We saw a herd of goats at the entrance which was entertaining haha. There are two portable potties if you absolutely need to go. Scenery was beautiful & fresh!! Couldn’t see the ocean because it was foggy down there. Did 2.5 miles roughly for the complete loop around and walked through a couple different trails within the loop. Easy to follow trail & clear paths. Moderate hike.

Good for a workout, short enough to be done in the morning before starting your day, but long enough to feel like you’ve done some exercise. Very little shade so wouldn’t recommend for a middle of the day hike. Nice views and surroundings, lots of lizards, birds and flowers to see. Parking is limited so could be one to avoid on the weekends at busy times.

Parking Lot Open. Most hikers wearing masks and politely maintaining social distance. Beautiful views over the bluff.

It’s a great trail! I was really tired like 3/4 of the way. The only issue I have is that there’s no shade and it was hella hot! Make sure u bring enough water and a hat with some sun screen. Over all great hike!

Great view the whole way. The trail took us through a closed route. We didn’t finish the whole trail because you walk along the road quite a bit at the end. My dog was not having it, when cars passed by so fast. Did this trail 03/09/2020.

The view looks amazing but trail is closed. You can get on the trail but there’s signs saying you will get cited.

Nice easy walking trail. The first bit of trail is a bit rocky so wear tennis shoes or sturdy soles shoes. No shade but the ocean breeze made the experience great, even at midday. Pretty busy but not packed and at least half of the folks were wearing masks.

Really beautiful walk along the costal cliffs with a view of the light house at the beginning (or end, depending on which parking lot you park at).

PARKING Better start early to get the prime spots. This hike is pretty popular and arriving after 9AM during the weekend means doing laps around the area to get parking. Be mindful of the residence that live in the area. WEAR YOUR MASK AND KEEP SOCIAL DISTANCE RULES IN MIND! Thank you :) HIKE The hike itself is pretty maintained and there are branching trails (some are closed) if you want to get away from all the foot traffic. There are a couple porta-potties near the entrance if needed. Speaking of, can pet owners PLEASE pick up after your pet? Be responsible. :) Despite it being well maintained, saw some masks, gloves, water bottles laying around in random areas. Take your trash with you or secure your belongings so they don't fall out. Beautiful sceneries if you take the path that takes you up on a hill. :)

Most of it is closed it only took about 40 minutes to do it really quickly.

It’s a nice easy walk! The only problem is that there’s very limited parking and if you park in the residential areas it’s by permit only. Other than that, it’s a good walk alongside the beach (very rocky) and nice view once you reach the top!
