NOTICE: I went two weeks ago, I don’t know if the park is currently open now. Nice trail considering it’s proximity to the cities. Unfortunately, once you get to the falls, there is a lot of graffiti including cuts on all the trees. Not as much trash as I thought there would be so that’s a plus. It’s a pleasant hike if you can’t take a long drive to get away.

Crowded, everyones out with the quarantine.

Great trail! Very clean and I loved that there was both a dirt and bike path.

Just went today and the trail is closed until further notice

Went today. Nice easy hike but WOULD NOT RECOMMEND DURING SOCIAL DISTANCING. There was a lot of people there you couldn’t even find parking. People parked on the side of the road and police were there with about 4 tows truck towing them all away.

did not even step off my vehicle, no parking, very disappointed,

Really nice hike! Pretty easy trail to get up to the main waterfall. But once you're up there keep hiking up to see other waterfalls! My friend and I enjoyed ourselves up there. I actually made a youtube video on our hike with including some drone footage. Feel free to check it out on my youtube channel: Magana Ventures . Just finished this hike with my 4 kids, ages 3.5-8.5. Overall it was a nice hike! THE HIKE: The hike to the falls was all uphill with a little bit of flat mixed in. But it was not steep or exhausting so don't expect a hard hike. There were a lot of people trail running it. The entire hike is either loose gravel to medium sized rocks so be careful of your footing. The weather was perfect today (about 50°) with a little overcast and some breeze, but if it was a hot summer day you would def want to cover up or bring sunscreen and water because the whole hike is exposed except for the falls...Hike = 4/5. THE FALLS: The area surrounding the falls is really pretty, but the falls are anticlimactic. There was a good amount of water coming down because of the recent rains, but the falls are actually pretty small. I wouldn't hardly consider them falls actually. There are much better waterfalls w/in an hour or so. But the hike was pretty and there is a small waterfall at the end with some cool little scrambling areas so def give it a shot if you're close by...Waterfall = 2/5.

My phone died in the middle of the trail

Gorgeous!! So green and luscious. Not too many people today. Many different trails to take. Bring a jacket because once it starts to drizzle you’ll thank me, plus near the waterfall it gets cold.

I really like this for a lot it was nice long there was a lot of wind so it was refreshing to as you were growing up and I liked it it was a lot of uphill and yeah it was a great hike

Highly recommend this hike. I think it’s underrated. Great views. The falls are a bit underwhelming but the hike up has a good view of the IE below. Be sure to take the west loop on the way down from the falls and claim the short incline to the lookout point.

This path follows the old Pacific Electric right-of-way and is great for walking, jogging and cycling.

Loop. Beautiful hike, very little shade, very rocky, and has signs to know what you're looking at.

Bring a trash bag! Lots of people, leave lots of trash Too much graffiti & carved trees. Some of y’all should stay in the city and out of nature PRESERVES. Don’t be a Citiot! Pack it in, Pack it out! Leave no trace.

Nice trail. Very easy for beginners. There are a lot of rocks so make sure you’re wearing appropriate shoes. Nice waterfall and good views at some parts.
