This was a pretty nice trail. They are doing work on it so there are new routes. This map will need to be updated. The best part was the destination.

A bit buggy, but a much more scenic route than the western leg of the trail.

I am just becoming an intermediate rider and it was challenging for me. Dips, climbs, roots and rocks to get around with some granny gear and quick pedaling. Parked at White Cloud camping and went past little amphitheater, down the newly logged area and left onto the trail. Pretty views and easy in the beginning but got steep in a couple areas. Really good trail to learn new skills on. Ended at the open parking (graveled) which took me to Hallelujah Trail- I survived that one, but had no business being on it. 4 crashes and lots of fear!

Glacier Lake was more of a marshy meadow but the trail did redeem itself with mountain range views and snow capped peaks, especially on the Sandy Ridge section. Get ready for some slushy snow and mud throughout the hike so poles are highly recommended.

Not too hard, not too easy. Beautiful hike! We’ll be going back quite a few times

There was still lot of snow from last week's storm. The trail is easily passable. We only went to Milk Lake and back. There were few other hikers. We love this area

nice. mosquitos not a problem. was pretty but not as nice as the pics. sections of the trail needs maintenance.

Nice easy hike. Between 1.75 and 2.0 miles there were 4 trees down, though. 3 were just trunks across the path and easy to get over, the fourth, at 2 miles, was a fresh canopy fall. Had to clamber through/around limbs to continue. UPDATE: The eastern leg is much more scenic, so I’m taking one star away.

To Whomever wrote the "poem" on the rock at Round Lake: Please don't do that. Everyone has the right to enjoy the park and defacing nature diminishes the experience for all of us. Regardless of intention it's unfair to others and disrespectful to nature, so please don't do it again.

Quick off HWY 20 hike. Nothing epic about this except the killer view.

nice and quiet ! shaded. would definitely come back. kids loved it.

beautiful! swam in one of the lakes! refreshing!

Interesting first mile of trail. There were multiple switchbacks. There were several spurs off the main trail that are well worth following across a suspension bridge and down to the water. We only followed the trail for about half a mile after it joined the dirt road.

Backpacked up Thursday for 1 night and stayed at the western most campsite at Penner Lake. Starting at the southwest corner of the lake, the trail to the campsite is on the side of a steep hill, which is fun and exciting for me but maybe difficult for others not inclined to boulder jumping. The weather was perfect and I only saw one mosquito. Met a nice backpacker named Cara, I believe, on the way back on Friday, I hope you made it up to Penner and found a nice camp spot before it got dark :)

would rate this easy

What a nice trail! Great views and nice lakes. I was in the area last month but there was a lot of snow that made most trails hard to navigate. Late season trail for sure

Just a very pleasant trail, with nice elevation gains. Stopped at Spaulding Pumphouse #5 to venture down to Lake Spaulding to view both the dam and the spinway. Then it is September and the clouds moved in with a bit of thundred, so we headed back to Fuller Lake.

I would have enjoyed this trail more if it was marked better. I didn’t see any signs after the trail head. Also, bring bug spray! I went at 9am and the bugs swarmed to me and my dog.

Nice, easy walk. Shade the whole way

The area is very pretty, and the trails are excellently maintained! We went for 2 nights (Sunday - Tuesday) and barely saw any other people. A call to the ranger station beforehand indicated that there might be lots of mosquitos (there were some, but fewer than expected, we didn’t even use the bug spray we brought) and that the Carr-Feeley trailhead would be a flatter hike. Great recommendation!

Very peaceful trail along the canal. There is shade the whole way and the rushing water keeps you cool and refreshed!
