nice little trail for the doggo and the wife.

Lovely morning stroll. Great for bird watching and spotting plants. Had been raining over Thanksgiving so path was muddy in places. Very light foot traffic at 10AM. Note: binoculars can be hired at Audubon House (building in the car park).

One of my favorites for a quick hike. It’s easier to park at turtle rock community park then walk to the trail from Southerwood st and start the loop there. Also there is a nicer trail from Campus & Turtle rock underpass to the hills than walking on Amalfi street.

This was a fairly easy hike. There are many options to take to make your hike longer. We ended up hiking 5 miles total.

This was a fun, long trail. 3rd and 9th mile were completely uphill. Elevation changes throughout the hike and many mountain bikers so be sure to pay attention and move out of their way to avoid accidents. There are a few great scenic sections and trail changes every mile or so, keeping you entertained. Definitely recommend!

I really enjoyed this hike. I took my dog in the middle of the day so she got tired so we split it in half and didn’t do the whole loop. I went back early morning and did the second half with her. I liked how you can cut it short if you don’t have the time to finish it!

An amazing hike with tons of water and many Birds. Just perfect to do it solo. Tons of shade!

Okay let’s start with parking. U have to do street parking on Concordia street off Turtle Rock dr. This trail is kind of strenuous with some overgrown dried vegetation.. BUT, no doubt worth doing it.. beautiful views from almost everywhere and especially on top of Turtle Rock! Take lot of water and sunscreen since no shade . But my hubby and myself totally enjoyed it .

AllTrails needs to fix their main description. I headed straight here off the photos and description and it is gated/closed. The sign reads, “Access by scheduled program only.” Disappointing

Really enjoyed this hike. Plenty of ponds and viewing areas. There are some shaded areas but mostly open sunny trail. This trail connects to many others so you have plenty of options. Some drinking fountains available.

Steady climb. Most of the trail is only accessible on a wilderness exploration day. Lots of sun. Good views

A good spot for seeing birds, and also a good loop for regular short distance running.

Boomer trail is a wide fire road, and so is Willow leading down to Hwy 133, Laguna Canyon Road. Once we got to the bottom, real hiking starts on the trail headed to Waterfall, and then Lizard trail , back to Boomer trail, and back to start.

Annoyed, no where online did it say there is No dogs allowed. Drove out and I can’t be here with my dogs. This was a huge inconvenience.

Beautiful big park. Easy walking, clearly marked, lots of large birds. I'll definitely return as I did not cover the whole park in 2 hours, taking some breaks along the way.

Very easy walk in the park style! There were so many dragonflies I wanted to cry out of joy. I even saw a hawk fly right past me! Definitely good for all skill levels and almost no incline. Lots of different ponds and birds. I would bring a hat though, as there are sections with little overhead coverage.

Beautiful and well maintained trailed. A little bit nice shady trail on Little Sycamore Canyon. Very sunny today, temperature read at 78 degree around 9:30am. Lots of dog poops on trail! Why don’t people pick-up after their pet? Started the hike around 6:15-ish am before sunrise and ended at 10:15am. We had the trail to ourselves until around 8:00am when first mountain biker passed us.
