Great trail, beautiful flowers and lots of wildlife. Not too crowded. Had to ask some other hikers which was the way as there are many trails that are all good too take around the basic loop.

First time on this trail, absolutely loved it. Definitely challenging due to the incline and rocks, but there are some leveled out sections that allow you to catch your breath. Will definitely do this one again.

Did this "walk" with my 3 year old and 6 year old. Uphill most of the way. It kind of just ends. weird and there was dog poop everywhere.

This trail was very exciting. You definitely wanna do it early in the morning or on a cool day. We happen so to do it on a day when it was overcast and drizzly at the end of June, we were lucky. Definitely bring water there is no shade.

It was good for an afternoon hike, not too hot for just over a mile. We enjoyed it.

Beautiful hike 78 degrees on a beautiful shaded path with trees covered in ivy

I would recommend to anyone looking for a short but sweet 3 mile hike. I did this one last Sunday at around 4 PM and there were a handful of people out and about. Parking is not an issue, as I have been here in the past and can promise you that. Trail is steep at times and seems to have most of the rocks in these corresponding sections. View from the top is rewarding, and is complemented with a decent breeze most days. When you come to the Y turn left, the broken pavement will end and turn back into the dirt trail tou were already battling. Going right at this point will keep you on pavement and guide you towards the water tower..... Oh yeah there's a nice Flag at the top which can be seen as you approach the final push. Good luck and stay safe.

Nice trail, easy for kids to spot wildlife. Parking lot entrance is right at the sign, passed right by it on the first on my first go.

Easy walk. Great for little kids as it’s not far, no elevation, but has some bridges and ponds/creeks to explore.

Biscuit burner right off the bat. Great day hike. Beautiful views.

Nice trail. Beach type Sand made the trail a little more trickier to trek but my daughter enjoyed it

Love this hike! It's challenging, gets your heart pumping, and it overlooks Fallbrook. Pet friendly (on leash). Keep in mind this trail is considered difficult because it is mostly incline. Plan to go early in the morning because there isn't any shade. Other than that, have fun!

First time loved it. Make sure you have

I would recommend this trail to everyone. Great views. I started at 9:05 am and it got pretty warm as I made my way to the top. Very rocky so please wear proper shoes as I saw a couple hikes slide on the terrain.

I really like this hike. It’s only four miles but tougher than some of the longer hikes I’ve done. I brought my 13 year old son with me today, so it took me longer this time. That’s okay, though. It was pretty darn hot so we both needed a few extra breaks. The air quality was really bad today as well due to the fires in Southern California. Great work out.

Definitely, harder than I thought. It's a climb, but worth it!!
