Trail is [CLOSED] until September 15th (2018)
We hiked a nearby trail which was just as fulfilling.

Really great place to go on a walk without being worried about wildlife or without worrying that you are too far from the rest of the world. It's the best of both worlds for us. We grab a snack at the Vons down the street then we start our daily walk/jog.

Fun trail with lots of interesting signs to stop and read. Good for kids

So nice to have a neighborhood trail available. Literally in the neighborhood but can feel like an honest to goodness trail. Can even get you to nearby businesses while feeling like we live in the hills. Nice!

I truly enjoyed this hike, using AllTrails it was like a choose your own adventure with the cutest farm animals all over. The trails all cross and loop so you can go as long or short as you want. Only some of it was residential, not that much. I liked that it was kind of hidden away in the middle of things. I did this hike with my dog Tucker and we found it very peaceful and a lot of fun. The entrance is strange - you look like you’re going down a cul de sac but then it’s there on the right side and looks like people just park next to the road there.

not much of a hike at all. the best view was of the creek from the bridge on the road! further down this dirt road was chiquita banana trucks burning the peels and boxes of bananas and boy did it stink! do NOT recommend this at all. real bummer

Great trail if you are a beginner or just getting back in the saddle mountain biker. Nice mixture of single track and fire roads

fun little trail
saw a bunch of lizards, one rabbit, and one gardner snake.
good times

Easy hike, moderate to easy trail run. If you like solitude during your outdoor forays, go before dawn or just before dusk because this is a popular local trail.

Parking at the trailhead could be much better if people used common sense and showed consideration for others. Park at an angle, don’t give yourself 4 feet of clearance on each side, if you have a bike carrier on your bumper don’t park near the exit...like I said, please use common sense.

I love this trail, however, recently an elderly crazy woman shouts at people, takes their photo and calls the police even if your dog is on a leash. She has accused people of having "vicious" dogs, even calling the city on a cocker spaniel. I wish she would get the help she needs, or at least a hobby.pe

Beautiful hike. Love that it’s not crowded.

Fun hike, some long constant climbs , but what goes up comes down... so nice, then hit Paradise Falls and back good hike... for Us was 3 hours.

Super fun and scenic. Even has a stretch of incline.

I did this trail twice and love it every time, you’ll lots of people and horses, a must trial to hike

I was a rebel and parked without paying a fee, hoping i can check out the trail before anyone came by to give me a ticket. Thankfully I didn’t get a ticket and walked the whole 2 miles and back.... I don’t see how this “hike” is considered moderate, it’s literally a dirt road.

Dirt road to no where. I am surprised this is considered a trail. It seemed like a dirt road for vehicles for the farm it runs along. Definitely not worth a parking fee.

Don't know why this is listed as a trail. First mile very pretty. Next one and half miles on private horse trails marked no trespassing. Rest (more than half of the walk) on ugly streets with fast moving traffic and no sidewalks--very unpleasant.

I love it for a quick work out. You can jog, speed walk and it's well maintained and pretty

Grate place to bring your horses. Miles of trailes.

Beautiful hike, not sure if I took a wrong turn or not but the majority of the hike was on residential streets. Although the horse properties are beautiful!

Not a clear road/trail - not worth $6

This hike was beautiful but not too challenging. Felt like a little more of a nature walk. Not many steep parts.

The trail had several off shoots that were shaded with large oaks. Great for a morning workout.

Sorry but didn't hike this trail, wasn't sure if it was worth the $6 parking fee for a 2 mile hike.

Great hike. The hills are green, lots of cacti and beutiful plants. Beware there are plenty of ticks on trail. The up hill is moderate. Dogs must be on leash. There are bikers and horses on the trail. Even got to see a beautiful deer.

Great scenic hike with a lot of lush greenery, but beware the slippery rocks and ticks!

So green after the rain and plenty of wildflowers. This is an easy to moderate trail. Dogs are allowed.

The trails are well marked and easy to
Hike with tennis shoes. There are trails that go up into the hills in the sun with no shade, plus trails through the canyons with shade trees. Both are great for picture taking & viewing nature all around
you. I recommend this hike!!
