Beautiful, loved every step of this trail!!!!! Go just go!!!!!

Great hike, I didn't do the whole thing because I was kind of worried about how hot it was getting. I brought 2 big bottles of water and it wasn't enough. Please bring plenty of water, and nice big hat and plenty of sunblock.

Sweeping hillside views, a nice view of the lake at the top of the loop, a couple nice inclines, good for dogs, horses and mtn bikers on trail & only saw three other people on a Saturday afternoon.

This was a decent hike. The scenery was meh but this could have been due to the season. It’s fall, hasn’t rained in a while and everything is dry and brittle. The way back was pretty sketchy due to the trail being eroded and overgrown. I had my dog with me today but would not recommend taking your 4-legged friends unless you put them in protective footwear. There were a lot of cactus spurs on the trail and cacti butting up against the trail on the loop back. I might do this again in the spring without my dog and when things are more green.

Came across a rattlesnake today! be safe and watch where you step!

The beginning of the hike is rather dull, and once the trail kicks in it's not much better. The views of the lake are nice, but the trail wasn't super well maintained. I would definitely put this in the easy category as opposed to the moderate.

Great hike

String is boring. Balloon(loop) is the fun part. Good climb with a sketchy fun descent.

Beautiful hike when you get to the wooded areas, stream and pond. Take the pup only if it's cool outside.

We did this and ended up at San Miguel. Followed the map. Wasn't the elevation we expected to reach based on this app, but it was a lot of fun. The pictures at the rock house were awesome. Definitely a great hike that isn't very difficult.

Apologize for hasty remark earlier, I am starting to like your program better. keep up the good work. Will review san gorgonio, next ( my net planned hike, again).

Went on a Monday and there wasn't a lot of traffic. Good views, make sure to bring enough water.

Easy to find. Free parking. My pregnant wife and I did it so the easy difficulty rating is accurate. One half is quiet and scenic with the lake and mountain. The other half is noisy from the highway.

Pretty easy with a few short climbs. Boring at the start, but good views one in the hills and at the end.

Fun hike that isn't too hard. Very few people. Good for getting out of the house.

Will work out your legs. Beware of rubber legs on the way back.

Nice view, no crowd at all (hardly saw 4 others during the entire hike), good mix of flat and moderately steep climb.
Not many signs so bit confusing without all trail maps and parking is bit tricky if you come early in the morning as you will need to park inside the camp site.

This trail is actually 7 miles in and out to the flag. If you do all 11 miles you will end up at the beginning of the Rockhouse. There is no shade at all so try not to do it on a hot day. Nice incline for about 1.5 miles. Good work out and a nice view of the city and lake.

Started from the street near the park. I never did see a sign and ended up hiking to the top of the hill with the horse trail. Retraced my steps and moved over to the dirt road that eventually took me up to the top.

MTB review. First, start from sweet water reservoir (ask park rangers how to get there). The first part if the trail is all pretty easy - just make a left sling bank, and keep right after power station and wrap around the mountain It's all uphill but not bad. Once you wrap around the mountain you will see stadium lighting, a ravine and an odious trail making its accent up the mountain from the canyon. The mountain is very steep, but there are a lot of switchbacks to get up there, USE THEM! This is the most difficult and grueling part of the trail! After that just follow the ridge line along the east side of the mountain and up to the peak. It's almost entirely single track and mostly compacted dirt. The lines if sight are long and you can really get some speed on the way down. Its a great ride, great cardio, great challenge and a blazing down hill. Bring an energy bar and lots of water!

This is NOT The trail for Mount Miguel. It is in a completely different area. Be careful you will get lost.

You have to walk through the camp ground a little to get to the trailhead. We went on the wrong trail towards the lake for a while and got stopped by a fence. We found the right trail and hiked to the top with the water tower.

It's a nice little hike but there is no shade at all in the trail. At the top there was a few tables under some trees that was nice. The view of the lake is nice but you are in the middle of the city still.

Tried to do this hike the other day but it was closed about 2 miles in. Disappointing the hike was cut short.
