Overrun with young people partying with zero masks. We did upper and middle falls on a Saturday morning. It's very pretty! lots of green. You can access falls on all 3 trails--Upper is a super short, very steep scramble, Middle/Lower are easy water access. There were some families with young children, many teens and young adults partying which is honestly fine with us, but we saw about 8 masks out of 100 people we saw. Easy walk, not even a hike doing all 3

Busy place but a great starting point for Yosemite, your able to see most everything and give you a feel for the layout of the park.

Great day spent here with my 7 year old daughter. We walked the entire lake around and stopped at various points to swim throughout the day. She had a blast but said she said she wouldn't walk the entire lake again LOL Once we were ready to get back to the car We did walk about an hour and 20 minutes straight which pooped her out. After already walking half the lake and swimming all day. A younger aged child I wouldn't recommend to walk the entire lake around. The entire trail is not paved. There are rocky/dirt points on both sides of the damn and sturdy shoes are needed but the other half is paved for strollers, kick scooters and bikes. Great time & will be back again with my other kids for a family fun day.

I highly recommend this trail for biking, walking, or running. It is a very, very easy trail, paved and suitable for any fitness level. It's mostly shady. Even though it's well trafficked, it never felt crowded. I would recommend heading to the beach, have lunch, then head back leisurely.

Classic hike with beautiful views and a nice little workout. Nice wide paths. Typically go on special occasions like Christmas, NYE and 4th of July. Have completed this trail four times and it’s always a treat.

Entire Park closed due to Covid and can’t enter on foot either. Signs saying you’ll be cited if you pass through. They gated up the tunnel as well :( still decent views

Nice easy hike with the family and our dog. Not too many people and has some nice views of Pacifica and the ocean.

It’s a stunning walk through multiple trails. This trail is actually over 7 miles and the extra mile from the entrance to my car. The trails are extremely well maintained and easy to follow. The middle of the trail leads you to Mt. Tamaulipas Ranger where you can refill your water bottle and use the restroom. Moderately populated on a Saturday, but that could be because the shuttles were cancelled due to COVID-19. Parking reservations are required for Muir Woods online. So be sure to bring a mask during COVID-19 regulations.

Easy path that is super flat. I personally ran this route and I found it to be super easy and entertaining. Highly recommend it!

RunningGreat!

Jogged from the house to the beach & back. All trails (including this one) and parking lots were open. Beach was very crowded.

Paved trail, semi shaded. Private property and freeway over look. Beautiful bridges and scenery. Incline isn’t too bad.

super busy trail. haven't been here in years and probably won't be back. Houses are built up all around the trail. So many millennials taking photo shoots of their dogs around the trail. Was once a hidden gem. Not so much anymore.

definitely a family friendly walk around the "Lakes". though some parts is rocky and hard to push stroller. It's about 75% not shaded. Sidewalks are good. One of the walk entrance is closed. But not crowded at all. Go early!

Nice trail within Tahoe Vista recreation area. There’s a mile marker when you reach 1.25 miles, which is the end for the walk described. There are many side trails including to Kings Beach. When you drive into the rec area, there are several parking lots. The lot closest to the trail is small and has a number 11 on the pavement. There are two paved trails. The one to the left that starts uphill is Pine Drop Trail. A sign at the beginning of the trail cautions to not have dogs off leash due to coyotes but I saw several off leash.
