Town Branch is part of the Razorback Greenway Trail. It’s a well maintained, paved path used for multiple purposes. At times there are spots that could use limbs trimmed back from the overhanging trees. I’m not certain the trail listed here is completely accurate as it appears to include the South Bentonville Trail as part of it as well. There is nothing overly exciting as far as scenery on this trail but still a nice path.

Nice hike .. well marked trails !

Good trail for mountain biking for a beginner. The trail is well-marked. Nice view of Beaver Lake with nice benches to sit.

I'm from Rogers and have spent a lot time at Lake Atalanta during my child hood. My mema lived in a house up the hill from the lake and we would walk around the lake regularly. I'm a runner and love running trails. Two years ago when I figured out that they spent a lot of time and money to fix up the park and make trails around the lake I was very excited a spent two days running around the lake. I've made it a point to go there ever time I go home. If you take the hardest route of trails it's pretty technical lots of quick elevation changes and twist and turns. Beautiful views and always a great run. Much better than the humdrum of road running. The only thing I'm not to keen on is the board walk. I understand why they did it but in my opinion they could have left it out and just fixed up the road that went around it. It is fun to run on but it is the one thing I would change about it.

Great trail — good marking and beautiful views. Be sure to wear a shoe with a good rock plate as the surface is made up of many 1/2 to 1 inch rocks.

I only saw bikers but clear evidence of horse usage.

Oh, and you can make this longer — I added on a little extra leg to get to 10.5 miles — but I don’t see how you can make this a 7.5 mile trail. 8-9 as a default.

Very easy trail with beautiful views!

Nice hike through the woods. (I actually did the longer Little Clifty Creek trail.) Downgraded because the noise from the nearby shooting ranges was markedly audible for half the hike, as was traffic for about 3 miles of the hike; and there wasn't a nearby body of water at the end of the hike Note: There is a multi-trailhead parking about 2 miles down Townsend Ridge Rd, where one can access the Little Clifty or War Eagle trail; Townsend Ridge Rd is west on Rte 12 from the AllTrails designated trailhead.

Arkansas is so lovely! We enjoyed beautiful scenery in this historical area.

It was a great trail with minimal traffic! Plenty of wildlife, saw multiple squirrels, a turtle and a snake. Was a little bummed there wasn’t water access (you could only see the water from one spot).

Hike is fairly easy as most of it is flat ground. Great scenery through the woods, well marked trail. Turnaround point has a great view of Beaver lake.

me and my husband Absolutely loved it

Nice easy walk on a paved trail. Plan for cyclists and lots of other walkers with doggies and children. Very beautiful area.

Hate what they’ve done to it

Nice trail, well maintained, well marked with white blazes and fairly gentle grades for this area. Very enjoyable day hike. Bring water and a lunch and make a great day of it!

Very pretty

Too easy for a hike. But there are hiking trails adjacent to it.

Good trail well maintained. This is a 9 mile trail per Hobbs State Park.

Nicely paved trail. Wide enough to accommodate walkers/runners/cyclists. I would rate this as easy not moderate Trail. Close enough to my house where I’d do it again when wanting a quick walk.

Great views of lake. Over-head lights all around the path. Wide enough for people walking and cycling.

very good starter trail. For lower key, you can drive closer to lake for 2.6 mile walk.

before the spring 2017 flood this was a daily walk for me. I will be going back once the repairs are completed.
