Brand New sidewalk throughout. Looks like the trail before was crushed stone and followed a different path in places?

The hike is quite nice, but the map is way off. I hiked about 5 miles total, and didn't even get to the end before I turned around. It was quite late, and on the way back, I could hear coyotes not far off.

This trail is one my local favorites! :)

The trail itself was just ok. I had to redirect my children from an area just off the trail where someone had set up camp or a home.....? Hard to tell.

trail currently under construction

Nothing spectacular but really nice to have right in town. Some nice rocks to explore at the halfway point.

It was a small city park for hiking and is now being changed to a small mountain bike park. Given how they have done others in NW AR I expect it will be an improvement

good easy trail. short and a little confusing at the turn around, I couldn't figure out a clear trail to follow but it was a beautiful day and I ran both trails on that side of the lake.

I really like the flood plain portion of the trail. The forest and bamboo look spooky. However, I'm not keen on trails that run right next to roads, which is what half the trail does. Good shape though. Lake Sequoyah has come a long way.

Not a bad short trail that also connects to a trail that goes farther up the road, then the road to the top. One property has goats, so that's always a fun sight. After a good rain the trail follows a temporary larger stream, adding to a small sense of adventure. Too short of a trail, but at least it's woodsy and quiet and not a far drive.

Not much to say about this one. It's a nice park with paved trails and plenty of space to roam about.

It's a good, relatively secluded, in-town paved trail. The creek can have a lot of trash, but it's a forested area connecting Veteran's Memorial at Lake Fayetteville, the NWA Mall, and a random area in Johnson that few know about. I usually turn around before crossing 71 from the west because I don't see the point in finishing that last end of the trail when I can avoid the noise and stay in the woods. Overall, I appreciate its existence.

Gulley is one of my main city park walks. It has a gym station, a creek, a 0.3 mile stretch that leaves most people behind and I can do beginner running without self-consciousness, and it has a good field of view from the northwest side.

Decent in-town trail. It's wooded, hilly, has a lot of adventurous little nooks, and it's only one section on the west side that seems less traversed and maintained. It wasn't crowded on a May Saturday, so that says a lot to me as someone who prefers semi-private walks.

I think the trail was still under construction when I went. It and the park all a whole were a mess: trash in the parking area, and the trail poorly defined and overgrown with bushes. It's also mostly within sight and certainly within sound of traffic, lacking the peace other city parks can have. However, at least it's woodsy, I found many unique fungi and a box turtle.

Nice little loop but close to the road. Might be fun for mountain biking. We hiked it. No real features like water or anything. But pretty trees.

This is a very easy walk on a paved pathway. if you start at what the guide says is the trail head, you have a very nice and quick lollipop trail to follow. However you are parking on the side of a busy street. If you go to the west side of the park there is plenty of parking in a marked parking lot, which might be a better place to leave your car.

The trail itself is suitable for everyone and is along a paved pathway. There are a few spots where the trees have created un uneven surface in the pavement that may make it difficult for a very short section to someone in a wheel chair.

The path following the creak was very nice and you could hear lots of different birds. If made you think your sound machine for white noise was stuck on the birds setting. For the time I had on this trip to Fayetteville, this trail got me outside and I learned about a park I had not visited before.

This was a great hike for my little ones and I! Beautiful views! We went in spring time when the grass was short (probably would be more difficult during summer when grass is tall). Big parking lot, pier, trails and waterfall!

Quick simple trail. Fayetteville’s little gem. They’ve been constructing a mountain bike trail through but doesn’t mess up the flow of the original trail. Great daily run.

I would like to do this hike but don’t see any place to park a vehicle and the road is a small 2 lane with no shoulders.

Good dog walk. Beautiful park. Pavement all around, make it easy walking or running. Not so exciting doh.
Has picnic areas and a jungle gym.
Would recommend it!!

Nice trail that is paved. Has everything a regular park has and a beautiful creek along with it!

It's not a peaceful trail because the traffic is so near you but it is a simple trail.

It's a very nice paved trail but if you do not know where you are going then you will get lost because there are other trail heads.

Nice trail with nice view of the lake. Some portions of the path were difficult to go through or not clearly marked.
