Very easy! If you do the whole 5.4 miles that is on All Trails, you will go from Manther Point to Bright Angel Trailhead, and back. It is paved the whole way, obviously snowy and icy right now. Perfect way to get some miles in, see some views, and not work too terribly hard!

Definitely more of a short walking trail. It's cute and it makes for a good warm up or cool down. There is some nice vegetation and a lookout with a bench at the top. Seems like a good little trail to take a child on if they've never been hiking before and you'd like to try it with them. Passed a man in a wheelchair on the trail, and with several paved segments, it is good for a person with a disability.

closed because of govt shutdown. looks like it would be a nice place to visit though.

closed because of gvt shutdown. looks like it would be sweet though.

Very pretty little flat walking trails. SO many rabbits, birds and water fowl. Not a hike just a short stroll. Would be very nice place for children.

Highly recommend for all; families and hikers. Great experience!!! Good choice if you don’t want to do a long hike or if weather changes your plans. This is perfect for a long walk, there are also shuttles that pick you up at various places. There are a dozen spots to take pictures of the Grand Canyon. Also, there are gift shops, a geology museum and bathrooms along the rim.

You also have the opportunity to learn some geology and walk the geologic time scale.

Perfect for beginner hikers! Chicken point is definitely a highlight! Giving it 4 stars because of limited parking and sometimes we had trouble staying on path. We used this app to help though! Definitely recommend

One suggestion, get there early, there is limited parking. Once you’re there, check out the chapel before you hike, it’s worth it! The trailhead is down the road in the second parking lot beyond the brown fence

Beautiful with lots of water flowing. Need waterproof footwear to make the crossings, many side-trail options and birdlife.

Great easy walk with views of downtown and the mountains beyond.

Nice little hike just north of Downtown Tempe! Perfect for when you need a little escape. Get off the trail and relax up in one of the numerous rock cutouts/caves.

Fun for all ages and definitely a must for first timers! Visitor centers, information points, museums, souvenir shops and a paved trail is the perfect way to enjoy the canyon without actually hiking it!

We parked near the visitor center and walked but there’s shuttles everywhere so it’s easily accessible for everyone!

We did this on our last morning before leaving. It is an easy hike with great views. My only complaint is it is suuuuuper crowded which isn’t too surprising as it looks the most accessible for anyone and any skill level. But still, it was a nice way to view the canyon one last time.

Nice walk with some cool views. Decently marked but if you get off the trail it’s easy to connect with another one or find your way back to your trail.

Beautiful today especially with the snow views

Decent little walk. Pretty crowded.

It’s just a short path but it’s an amazing view! A cool piece of history.

really easy relaxing

very relaxing easy trail lots of birds and bunnies

Cute little trail that's well maintained by the county. Downfall is nearby by traffic noise, but it's pretty mild. Had to park to ourselves as well.

Did this hike last month but forgot to log it. Love this Arboretum. So beautiful. I like learning about the desert landscape.

Perhaps the worst signed trail I have ever used. Impossible to find half the trail. Paving is only a short distance. Kids liked rock clambering, though.

Easy walk with a great view at every turn and deer along the path.

Nice and easy...

This was the last trail we did in Petrified Forest and while the size of the logs was impressive, the colors were nothing like Jasper Forest.
