Great hike. moderately easy. The first half of the trail is not as interesting, (if you park in the main parking lot and walk, it is a ways until you get to the trailhead.) However if you have a 4x4 vehicle - you can enter the dirt path from the parking lot and drive up some to the trailhead and park- it will save you 30 minutes of not a lot of excitement before you get to this amazing hike. Views are stunning at the top. Cheers!

great views

Great hike, but don’t forget your raincoat like I did. Busy in front, but as you make the turn toward Courthouse it breaks off and your the only person walking, except the newlyweds walking hand in hand in the rain. Great Hike if your in the area

Although very popular, this is a very beautiful hike!! The views along the whole trail are spectacular. There are some slight changes in elevation here and there but nothing too difficult.

Incredibly beautiful with great photo ops along the way and especially in the bridge itself! Moderate level, took us a total of 2 hours from parking lot to trailhead to bridge and back. (It was also lightly raining so that may have affected our time).

Just over an hour up and down. the temperature was cool with a little rain so that probably helped a lot, I can't imagine how hot it must get when the temperature is high!
On the way down, we went left - Templeton to Baldwin Loop and it turned into an 11 km hike and a great day in the beautiful mountains of Sedona! highly recommend this hike!

Did this hike to the end of the trail - we are 50+ and probably only in average physical shape!
What a view, totally worth the huffing and puffing!
This is one of the most spectacular views and a great reward for your labor.
Just do it!

Great trail for sunset but don't wait to late to do the full loop it gets dark fast and it's a rocky trail. Take a headlamp for extra caution.

It’s a little congested, however very scenic.

All age ranges were on the trail, and I noticed how very polite people were.

I liked all the stream crossings, and the canyon walls curl over you at times which was awesome.

Have fun!

Great hike! Saw a coyote when we first started out on the trail. Nice views from the summit. The path was decent and easy to follow throughout.

More moderate than expected, due to the rocks and uneven paths. Trail was easy to follow. Wouldn’t do it again but the views were nice.

Thank goodness for this APP! We started out on Brins Mesa and it was absolutely beautiful. All the way to the top where it levels out, almost like your on a prairie. Planned on coming back down through Soldiers Pass to Jordan’s pass to Cibola Pass, but forgot to take Jordan’s Pass

Difficult climb and footing, but breathtaking vistas and great payoff view.

First of all we parked in the Brins Mesa Trailhead. There were a few cars but the lot was definitely not full. We set out at about 11:00 am on Brins Mesa, connecting with Soldier's Pass, Jordans Trail and Cibola Pass to get back to the car around 3:15. We took our time hiking the trail as we were in no hurry and wanted to take in all the scenery around us. The views on this hike were spectacular. From the top of the mesa to walking through the valley, each view held its own beauty. The distance for the complete trip was around 7 miles. A little climbing up to the mesa and then again as you walk the Cibola Pass trail back to the car. However, slow and steady I did not find this hike to be difficult. This was a great hike and would suggest it to anyone willing to take a medium length hike at a moderate pace.

Got lost! Never made it! No idea why we couldn't find it. One day I hope to return and see it.

Nice hike. Not too difficult but the incline and abundant loose rocks make this more moderate than easy. It not hard to slip on the loose rocks

Great hike ! Beautiful views - moderate level

Easy hike with great views!

Great hike but not dog friendly unless you have a hardness. Our lab is a great hiker but steep slick rocks are impassable for dogs

Im not a fan of switchbacks but this one only switches a few short times. Beautiful views to the west on the way up. Also up on the mesa you can walk around and find a million spots to sit, eat lunch and soak in the Sedona views. Moderate only in that there are a few spots where you need to climb up some rocks to get to the too. My wife is a little afraid of heights and some areas made her nervous but she made the entire hike and enjoyed it.

First hike we did in Sedona. Very easy. Beautiful views of Sedona and the canyon plus we saw a few coyotes which excites things. Will certainly do this one again.

Pretty straight forward hike. You can drive down dry creek rd to the trailhead if you want to shorten the hike and get more time for other things. Not strenuous. Very cool views at the end and of course you need to walk across the bridge. Rock/stairs at end can be slippery so be careful.

nice trail, lots of great views all along the trail plus variability in the terrain. takes longer than you think - the highest point you see from the trailhead is only half the distance and half the altitude of the mountain.

easy climb to spectacular views. map trail ends at top but keep going on the trail across the mesa.

The guy who labeled this one “moderate” has an outstanding sense of humor. The Hangover part of the hike is not for the feint of heart. That said... Totally worth it. Just be prepared for a couple of moments when you think you might plummet to your death.

beautiful views, easy hike

By far my favorite hike in Sedona!! Very difficult do not start out thinking it’s only 3 miles. The climb will get to you, trust me. We took this trail all the way to the end where it reaches the Vultee Arch trail. Of course we had to go up to Vultee Arch and have lunch the turned around and went out the same way we went in. Very hard and the elevation gain was somewhere around 4K- there was a lot of ups and downs and back up! It’s Gorgeous hike!!! Well worth it and is now one of my Top 10 hikes in AZ.

Great hike with many wonderful views.
