Beautiful fall colors. Lots of intersecting trails in this area. Trails are in good condition. Met a dozen others hiking in this area. The weather was perfect today.

Really nice trail, lots of fun climbing on the rocks but it's not strenuous. Beautiful views!

Beautiful fall hike!

Amazing hike! So much beauty, and so quiet! We only saw one other person on the trail. Some rocky areas along the way, but nothing too challenging with good shoes. A really spiritual experience!

Great tail, tons of amazing views! Wear good hiking shoes and be prepared to do some rock climbing... good news is there are no sheer rock faces, it's all step climbing, but you definitely need some grip on your shoes. We lost the trail a few times along the way and thought it could have been marked better, but overall it was a lot of fun! Watch out for rattlesnakes!

Loved this trail especially for this time of year! The temperature is perfect right now and it’s basically all shaded in forest. So many lady bugs at the rope so be on the lookout for that

Enjoyable, great views, nice bouldering.

Short, but very beautiful!

Brought my 3 year old on this trail. It was easy. We stopped and had lunch by the lake then ended at the playground for him to keep playing there. Took a good nap when we got home!

Beautiful trail, kind of weird how it loops up and down. But worth it for the views!

Beautiful hike, closer to 6 miles doing the entire lake loop. Harder than moderate, quite a bit of hill climbing when you get past the boat ramp.

Trail is easy for families. One small part is very close to the road. Thus, 4 stars.

really great hike this time of year! perfect weather, cute little acorns, some pretty wild flowers and amazing view points on the way to the top. We thought we were just doing the Groom trail but turned out to be midway through this spruce trail when we checked on our location. what was intended to be a quick 3.5 mile hike turned into 7.5. No complaints though, this was a beautiful hike!

This is a nice trail. It goes through a neighborhood and golf course for about the first mile. Feels like a park setting almost. It was a little difficult to stay on trail because you cross streets and walk right on the golf course. A little unnerving thinking you may get hit by a golf ball. My dog only walks about 1.4 miles one way, so we turned around. It was a bit difficult having my dog tied to me going over the boulders. I may try this trail again without her. Also, I didn’t know where to park so parked by the club house (or some building).

Absolutely amazing hike with beautiful views of Watson Lake. FOLLOW THE WHITE DOTS!

One of our favorite hikes. The white dots are extremely helpful. It is pretty rocky so hiking shoes help. I strongly recommend this hike but know it’s a bit challenging.

As with another reviewer, I clocked 5.7 miles in a little under two hours. Easy side of moderate for most of it. Was a little steeper, solid moderate the first leg of the return. The first 0.5 miles are heavily trafficked with lots of picnic tables, benches and water access for families and small boats. After that only saw a few mountain bikers. Very peaceful little creek at the turnaround.

Did this loop for the first time this morning and loved it! I hiked the outer loop trail and thought it was very well marked with trail signs and the white dots. I don’t understand why people keep saying it’s easy to get lost on this loop. As long as you are stopping to look at the signs and keeping an eye out for the white dots, you’re good to go. The only issue I had was with the bees in the flowers lining the trail. They didn’t bother me, but rather just made me nervous. Happy hiking!
