Nice and easy dog friendly trail. some nice rock formations. Slow pace took about 1 hour 35 minutes to go 3.3 miles.

Beautiful trail, mountains and valleys. Very challenging in some of the ascent areas. We took the trail from Yucca over to Hualapi Park on 10/5/19, very few people on the trail. First half is pretty easy, second half is HARD. This IS NOT a trail for seniors, I am 73 and my wife is 65, also NOT recommended for singular travel. Take along another 4x4 couple or group, just for safety.

Amazing for trail running!

Did this as a trail run. Potato loop is pretty easy to follow and well maintained. Well water available at the intersection to Aspen peak. Aspen peak trail is a little overgrown. The scramble to the peak after the bench is even more overgrown but worth it. $10 entry fee.

Beautiful hike with filtered shade from the tall pine trees. Aspen trees scattered if you look for them. Trails are well marked. Trail is moderately busy. A lot more sun on the south side if you are summiting aspen peak. Last 1/3 is a scramble with overgrown bush on trail. But once you push through the view is absolutely worth it. I highly suggest aspen peak and taking the east side back down. Bring 2-3L of water. There’s well water near the top after the campground to hydrate.

I give this trail 5 stars on a kingman standard. This is probably my favorite hike in kingman, it’s actually pretty and enjoyable

This is a lovely hike with beautiful views. KINGMAN is lucky to have a hike like this so close to the hot summer desert. Will go many more times!

Decent hike with some good views at the top. If you head northeast once you get to the top you’ll get a great view of the golf course.

Such a perfect hike for the family to escape the heat!! The first 0.8 miles is the most “difficult” only due to elevation change but after that the loop is easy! Views are beautiful and the forest is serene. Took us four hours with a five year old (many breaks) and nine month old.

Very easy trail to walk did as a family with 4 year old. Loose rock made tricky in some areas. Beautiful views.

You need to use Big Wash Road (off of 93) to get to the trailhead. The other low ratings accessed from the other side and that is inaccessible in most vehicles (trust me, we came down that was at it was horrible). Hike is great, views are nice.

Really cool hike & a nice place to get out of the desert sun! The last 1/2 mile you go through a lot of brush so I would recommend wearing long pants. Saw a rattlesnake & an elk while hiking up and the views all along the way were awesome!

nice hike! I wish ppl wouldn't litter though. Lots of lizards, jack rabbits and squirrels.

A great hike. Quite different from my typical desert ventures.

It's a hard and rough trail to start but so worth the reward near the end. the views are beautiful.

I've run this trail a few times and will definitely run it again. Only problems are that flies won't leave me alone and I encountered a snake once. I couldn't do anything about the snake, but bug spray fixed the fly problem

A cool shaded break from relentless desert heat. So many animals, great views the whole way and great spots to set up a hammock. Always a welcomed hike
