Stunning scenery and the trail was simple to follow. Want to backpack next time.

This is a beautiful trail. I suggest anyone in Sedona devote a morning to this. Despite google gps and the website saying the parking doesn't open until 9am when I arrived at 8am there was already some cars there. When I returned three hours later, after the hike, at 11am there was a long line of cars waiting for a parking spot to open. The other benefit to going early is you can beat the heat of the summer. When I started the hike it was about 75 and when it ended it was over 100 degrees. The only downside I found to this trail was that it's busy. Don't forget a camera!

Beautiful trail, great views, hiked the Meadow trail down and came back up the Mt Lemmon trail. If your looking for a nice cardio workout the hike back up the Mt Lemmon trail will do it. 300 ft elevation increase over the last 1/2 mile or so.

Beautiful scenery, lots of water, but pretty easy to lose the trail.
