The whole place is great. When the water basins fill up after a rain there are a lot of mosquitoes though. There are a couple fun climbs and descents. Overall a nice ride any day.

good biking trail

Leisurely walk

Love this park! There is something for everyone. Adventure through magical trails that Wind into so much beauty. The lake is gorgeous, the plants and animals are endless. You can walk, jog, hike, take family, go on long or short adventures. Beautiful scenery everywhere. I recommend going geocaching while here. If your not familiar download the geocache app. Best adventures you’ll go on! Enjoy!

Very nice easy trail. Great for the kids and dogs.

Excellent trail to take a nice day walk with your family

Teegans first trip on her ride along! Teegy with mommy and Kinsley with daddy!

Beautiful path, small hill to walk up in the middle. Enjoyed it very much.

Great little walk. I don’t know if I’d call it hiking since it’s relatively flat without any difficulty but nonetheless it was enjoyable. Great views, well maintained trails, pretty lake, wildlife to be seen, and friendly people sharing the trails. We will be back. My daughter is looking forward to running the trails.

Very nice walk in the park. It’s unpaved but very flat and wheelchair friendly! My dogs loved all the rabbits! Went on a weekday evening and trail was very empty! A lot of people fishing in the lake! Some views of the mountain close by.

Great place to take the family and kids. There are some fun dirt and sidewalk trails with some vistas, small bodies of water, and hills. Definitely coming back to explore more.

This trail is dog & kid friendly. If you want to turn this gorgeous trail into an educational experience download the Agents of Discovery app so your kids can go on an educational adventure as you hike around. This place is huge & you can easily spend a few hours here especially if you bring a lunch or snack, are into taking pictures or just searching for wildlife. The views are amazing & it wasn’t crowded at all when we went but we did go on a gorgeous rainy day. There is a walking loop that’s completely concrete making it easy for those who may have some difficulty, scootering kids or are in a wheelchair. The learning center wasn’t open when we went but from what we could see looking through the windows we will definitely stop by. We loved it & I hope you do to!

I would recommend this trail to anybody . It has some nice ponds that you can go fishing at. It has lots of coyotes and jack rabbits. It’s very flat in the perimeter. It has better views and more incline in the middle. It’s a nice place.

Moderately busy, great for small children, easy trails, and wildlife in the city. We usually have a pleasant experience here, and have seen lots of desert animals, including coyotes and huge jackrabbits.

Easy but pretty!

Easy, nice views! Love the wildlife and water.

Pleasant, easy walk around some artificial ponds that recharge the aquifer. You can fish here, and there are interesting birds, including herons and burrowing owls. Only suggestion is not to follow the route around the perimeter, which has boring views of housing developments. The trails in the interior, by the ponds and the hills, are more interesting and still wheelchair friendly.

Easy walk, decent with the water...but not much of a real hike.

More of a walk than a hike. Saw a park and smelled the canal.

Nice Mountain View’s from a far. Trails are nice and for the most part clean. They have archery and disc golf for entertainment or bring your dog and have a nice play area for them.

Fairly easy and beautiful!

great for kids, even with the coyotes nearby.

Fun and easy walk in the park great for all skill levels as there are no hard or technical areas. A lot of wild life as we saw birds of all kinds as well as the biggest desert rabbit we have ever laid eyes on. There is also fishing in the man made pond. A good family outing can be had here.

Nice family trail.
