Probably important to know that this is ski only in winter. I felt this an idiot. It was beautiful and challenging in the snow though.

I only recorded half this ski because I forgot to start my timer. We skiied from Glen Alps to Campbell Creek Science Center. the Middle Fort Trail had awesome snow. cover was a little bare in the canyon area around Campbell Creek and I found this to be difficult to ski. Had to share the trail with fat tire bikers in Campbell Creek Science Center so it was a little torn up.

Night ski out and back. Snow was amazing! The new South Fork Rim trail was fun with a lot of S turns. Careful on those blind corners but the grade wasn't too steep.

Great trail in winter after a dump of snow when everything else is impassable.

Today, my kahtoolas were a requirement. Parked below the gate (it’s closed), and walked up. Very icy. Once on the trail, varied between snowy and icy. Was good! Beautiful day, great views. Only did part of the trail.

The trail was in good condition for microspikes and gaiters. There were only a few areas covered by snowdrifts.

12/8/19 10/10 views if clear weather present. There are 3 saddles along this path, this time of year the ridge and saddles can gust 70mph+. Phenomenal hike if you’re able to cope with high winds. Bring full face covering and windproof gloves.

We took the shortest loop as I had my 5 yr old who soaked his gloves in the first 1/3 of the the wall lol beautiful and snowy! We’ll be back this week!

Until winter temps arrive and stay.. this trail is unsafe. I attempted it on Black Friday, undaunted by the high winds. Shortly after leaving the Powerline Trail, the trail turns into 3+ feet of slush. It is hidden under snow and looks passable. Very dangerous to break through this in snowshoes! Be careful in any river valleys while temps are this warm!
