I really like the Ike Matson Trail and the Ridge trail. The rest kinda felt like a road walk

Very easy trail

This is a more difficult trail in sections because of the rocks and roots. The long straight section on then west side of the trail in in the sun with no shade, following powerlines.

Easy trail, out and back from road.

Be assured this is a long walk on a gravelled trail. Not a hike. But if power walking or biking us your thing it would be great.

Nice trail. Lots of up and downs but once you reach the top, it’s easy. Marked very well and nice conditions as far as a bridge where needed and rock steps to help with the inclines. Well maintained. Will do it again.

This is an awesome trail I loved it and was surprised how much I enjoyed it, it has some borrow areas with steep hill drops on each side and one spot that is a bit of a challenge to get down that you kinda have to grab a tree because it’s a steep walk downs that’s just flat dirt to walk on but other than that beautiful views and amazing hike loved loved loved!!!

Very dog friendly, great shade

Overall not a bad trail. Unfortunately, not a good place to see a sunset. There is foliage and a housing community that blocks your view of the setting sun. However, this would not be a bad place to see a sunrise. There is an open portion of this trail on a ridge that looks to the ESE. Advice in the summer would be to go at dusk versus earlier. Power line portion is open to the sun. I complete about 3.5 miles of the trail in the daylight and the rest after dark. Trails are not marked well so the use of this app is handy.

Beautiful views and easy walking. Follow the paved road until it becomes gravel and keep going.

Great trail overall. However especially on the northern side and getting to natural bridge, trails become difficult to follow. Combine this with significant challenge and it makes for a grueling day. The southern trails are perfectly fine and wind along a babbling brook which is gorgeous.

nice trail. great view at the end.

there are 2 more overlooks after the "all trails end" that are a must see. adds only alittle distance. Kinda steep, but my 8 and 10 year old had no problems. Beautiful view of Birmingham at sunset. trail back was in the dark tho so had to be careful.
