It's a nice hike without a lot of hills. There are a few body's of water and I see tons of deer and coyotes. I don't know what that other person is talking about on pavement. There is no pavement.

I mean, if you are at the parking lot, you have to at least do that

Great trail for a family walk with young kids. Beautiful park and trail. The kids loved all the animal sightings, which included nutria, deer, turtles, and so many birds.

The park is a nature preserve, so that comes with a lot of restrictions; no dogs, no bikes, no trail running. These restrictions made for a very peaceful and relaxing experience.

Also we did not have to slog through spring mud thanks to the well maintained gravel trail.

I’ll be taking the family back in a few weeks so we can check out the other path that is only open seasonly.

Must see, beautiful trail and well maintained, along with informational posts around the loop. Several raging waterfalls just add to the tranquil setting. Another hike adjoining this trail to add extra walking/hiking..Family friendly, along with parking and bathroom facilities (however, closed up when went yesterday 4/23)

I did this to get to the narrow. The narrow is worth it, so therefore doing this is also worth it - but this is the extremly boring and crowded part. Impossible to skip for the narrow so do it, but otherwise not worth it - there are better easy hike in zion

Nice trail. Just a little short. Going downhill sucked Beautiful falls though and well worth the short walk!

Super easy walk, as it’s just a boardwalk and not an actual trail. Great for those with young children, elderly or those who cannot handle trails / hiking but want the views!
Beautiful views of the mountains!!

Lots of little stops along the road to see view points and some of the mesa top dwellings.

Best trail around.

It was a fun adventure. I love taking photos off trail, looking for unique points of interest. I got a lot of great little photos on here. https://instagram.com/p/Bh-am7Fnd6z/

Wonderful little warm up trail. This was my first time visiting the park and loved the scenery everywhere I hiked! A this is a wonderful rolling trail.

This is a great little trail that leads to a beautiful waterfall. I went a day after heavy rains and it seemed to be the right time to go.There are 2 ways to start this trail, there is a moderate trail head by the campsites and an easy trailhead by the picnic areas. Both leading to the same place. If you start from the Picnic areas it is graveled/ dirt path to the waterfall, pretty flat, but there are numerous trails that go up into the rocks and waterfalls along the way. the main trail I do not believe is 2 miles, but I did a little exploring on the extra paths which made it longer. Very doggo friendly,my doggo loved it. through out the park and other trails I went on, not many trail heads, but more then likely you will always find a good path that will lead the way.

Beautiful walk to the falls. It's $16 for adults to enter and it's a very easy walk on paved path to falls.

Very peaceful and serene.

Good hike that leads to a small waterfall, but a little crowded. Still worth the experience.

Somewhere between walking and hiking, but it is a nice easy 3-4 mile loop with nice scenery. When we were there, there was a gathering of cranes on the lake, so that was pretty cool to see.

If you follow all the outer trails, this is an almost exactly 30 minute hike/walk. Wonderful area, lots of areas to bring kids (walking or just play). Currently the "beach" area is being rebuilt. The White Lower Yellow to Upper Yellow connector is a solid aerobic workout (short but nice). Absolutely a great trail for all ages.

Gorgeous hike. I love the bridges and there was a lot of newts or salamanders. Fairly easy terrain . Not sure that we went the right way as we followed the trail straight the whole way and ended up scaling down the mountain to the rocks and waterfall area below. It was pretty steep getting down and back up but the water below is worth it.
We also wound up across from the nude beach which was entertaining .

Had a blast until my sandals disintegrated. Don’t be like me, heed the Park rangers advice, wear boots.

Was not impressed with the waterfall if you can even call it that. It was a decent day though. I didn't really enjoy the gravel trails most of the way around.
There are a lot of little side trails to do. We managed to hike a total of 12 miles through here.

Loved this hike! Was a lot more challenging than I was expecting....pleasant surprise! Definitely a moderate hike with some scrambling involved, so be prepared! All in all a great hike!

peaceful...nice shade area.dirt trails went on top of mountain could of used a hiking pole.

Trail surface varies from graded limestone rock to soil with some rocks. During an afternoon hike I saw a dozen mule deer lounging under trees.

Easy. Simple. Only did this to get our puppy used to a little distance. We did not do the .8 around the lake. We actually walked the entire Harveston area - which gives you about 3.5 miles.

Great loop, but the back side of the trail from the dam to the day use area has alot of fallen trees and debris on alot of the trail. about 1/4 mile in from the dam a huge fallen tree has taken out almost all of the trail. After that though pretty smooth sailing. Park at the boat launch and take trail to the right all paved for about a mile and a half good out and back if you dont want to do the whole loop.
Over all great trail, would recommend and do it again.
