It was a great place to see and do in Edinburgh, Scotland. I highly recommend taking the time to hike up to Arthur’s Seat, the views of the city are worth the hike.

I was still getting a buzz 2 days after doing it , it is a marvellous route to walk

The trail was really good went with the dog and had a picnic half way through.
The trail also leads through emmerdale farm which was cool.
Scenery was also nice would recommend this for other people.

This was my first ever hike with any amount of climbing, so I can attest that this trail is perfect for a newbie. Absolutely lovely walk, not difficult. The Rydal cave is great bonus.

Except for the 24 mile day the hiking is fantastic . Picture perfect. Highly reccomended.

Great walk very sore on the legs but worth it glad I done it

Walked this with my grandson had a fantastic day it takes a lot out of you but it was worth it

Took a 4am trek to the summit to watch the sunrise, absolutely stunning!! Met a few sheep along the way too. An amazing walk with some of the best views in Wales

Shit

Beautiful trail along the river. A cool walk in the summer until you hit the golf course and fields which are without shade. The Anchor pub is a lovely spot to stop for a cool drink and bite to eat almost exactly half way, situated by a lock and a real sun spot. The directions from the lock aren’t easy as the footpaths are overgrown so you need to be inventive on how to get through and back on track. Avoid falling into the muddy ditch is you are attempting to cross though the undergrowth onto the golf course!! Almost lost my other half to the bog - but that’s usual!! Lovely day out and nice and easy for an afternoon stroll with bite to eat.

Amazing walk and beautiful waterfall

Nice ruin in awesome location, really good underground part worth seeing.

Great trail with good descents, hard going in wet weather. Gorlech not too far away.

Some very steep climbs with some breathtaking 360 degree views.

Great place, crazy rock formations but care needed in poor visibility, very easy to lose the trail.

Brilliant trail, single-track descents are awesome. Fire road climbs.

Quiet, gradual ascent apart from last 50 metres of scrambling.

Hard, long and technical. I'd only do it on a full suspension. Mbr trail better I think.

Almost all single-track up and down. Brilliant trail, cafe nearby.

Great loop, good all weather trail. Mainly fire road climbing and fast single-track descents. Cafe and car park.

Hard climb and descent but worth the effort. Incredible place but good weather needed as can be dangerous in poor visibility.

Path to the Blackwater Dam ist stunning and beautiful, but the other part of the loop isn‘t as nice as the first one.
Start early in the Morning and take your time for a litte Picknick

beautiful day in May. Trails well maintained, challenging for a shorter hike

Completed at Easter. Weather wasn’t great but kids enjoyed it.

Easy 1.5 miles from the trailhead to the falls and back. Beautiful forest and lovely water.

Absolutely brilliant walk! I would recommend this over the Miners Path any day! Hard slog at times but on a clear day the views are amazing from any point of the walk! Beware of the amount of biting midges at the top though!!!
