Fun route with great views, nice path for 99% of the route, didn’t even get muddy!

Done this walk yesterday 31/12/18 really nice walk would highly recommend

Done this walk many times in all weather. my favourite place in the peaks

The hike was lovely. The rubbish was not. My partner and I completed this hike on Sat 29th of Dec 2018. We only brought one empty rubbish bag, and it just wasn’t enough to collect all the rubbish on the trail. Our bag quickly filled up less than 2km into our hike.

Nice in parts. Went anti clockwise so to get the long road out of the way. The route then took us through the golf course which requires following the red line on the phone very carefully as there is no path and it rather alarmingly took us across two fairways where fortunately no one was playing a shot. Then back onto busy roads and so the first 30 minutes was not great. After that it was mainly pretty countryside interspersed with occasional bits of motorway and A road. Going anticlockwise means the one big steep hill is down rather than up.
At the end there was a sense that you never really properly escaped the metropolis but it had its moments.

Parking £2.50 for the day at Harrietsham Station. Lovely views. I would say more moderate than easy on this one as I am by no means a hiker, but am walk/run fit, this was on a similar level to a harder trail I followed recently. The weather was good but there was a lot of mud and large puddles, some blocking paths completely so go prepared for this if using the trail at the tail end of the year! I have added some photos to show just how lovely this countryside is! Look out for birds of prey too!

We have walked this trail numerous times and it is one of my favourite walks. We usually end up in the pub! The kids love the llamas!

Fantastic walk with different terrains to experience. Would definitely do this again. Completed in 3hrs 45.

An excellent (but steep in places) walk for all ages. Watch out for the top as when we went it was so windy

Nice walk...views, wild animals and farm, for fields and wild flowers

Fantastic walk.
There are many views and features on this trail.

Good walk, good views - you can see for miles, Luds "Church" interesting, walk can be muddy. Busy on summer weekends.

A definite challenge! Rated as moderate but some of the climbs were harsh! Beautiful scenery, we almost missed kits Coty but glad we found it before we walked right past! The end stretch along a main road is disappointing but we managed a short divert through woodland to take away the traffic and noise!

Beautiful scenery, a walk through history, well marked, challenging but do-able!

Very nice day hike. Very good views and awesome crevice. The stream was peaceful and trail was nice.

Some unmarked path difficult to find

Really lovely walk especially the North Downs way, liked the information points, living nearby, I found out things I didn’t know about the area!

beautiful trail

The Cotswold Way is terrific! I recommend you go from north to south, ending in Bath. The start of the trail in Chipping Camden is magical. The towns are hundreds of years old and mostly untouched by modernization. Some of the pubs along the way date from the 16th century. The atmosphere in the pubs just can’t be duplicated by a modern establishment. The trail itself can be tough at times with some steep parts. But the rewards at the tops of hill are tremendous with amazing vistas.

great walk but lot's of stiles if you have dog's and the ringlestone inn has now closed down

Lovely walk, we didn’t manage to finish due to being on a tight schedule. We took our two dogs however there we’re a lot of cyclists so wouldn’t recommend for anyone with dogs who like ours, are terrified! Also a bridleway but didn’t come across any horses. We just kept the dogs on the lead, lots of nice wooded areas to take them off however just be vigilant! Will go again and finish the lap for sure! Would be great to have a dog friendly option on the app

A lovely walk with varied terrain and scenery. Highly recommended...

Superb weather made this gentle ramble even more enjoyable. Don’t normally like to come back the same way but I am making an exception for this walk.

Access is via an almost invisible turn off right next to a Land rover dealership. Also did not appear to have public parking with the car park closed and labelled authorized parking.

Listed as kid friendly but first part involved walking along a narrow road with fairly busy traffic. Southern entry point is also almost invisible and difficult to access due to a big puddle of water right at the entry point after a rain shower. See photo. Gave up and went for the much better Ambleside trail.

Beautiful area with lovely views. Easy walk on good terrain. Perfect family trip.
