bit muddy but the beach part was the best

Slight blip in the gps so not accurate but fun walk. Not very challenging, easy/moderate.

Great walk, not too hard to do, really enjoyable. Would definitely recommend

Good walk, not all route changes were clear.

Wild camping possibilities on route

Pleasant walk but badly sign posted, on arrival nothing to let you know where to start, had to ask locals. Along the route also a bit of a guessing game, thank goodness for GPS otherwise very easy to get lost. This is in a Hunting area so get the feeling they don’t want walkers around, came across hunting kennels on route and they didn’t seem too happy to see us! Good views and varied scenery, streams, moors, woods and old Meltham Railway line.

I’ve recently started mountain biking and I found this to be not too demanding to start off on and is quite rewarding at the end. I’m going back to do this again pretty soon would 100% recommend.

really nice walk

No wonder this walk has been voted 3rd best hikes in Great Britain. Absolutely amazing!

Fun route with great views, nice path for 99% of the route, didn’t even get muddy!

Walking tow-path for over 7 miles.

Stonehenge is a must see if you are in the UK. My friends and I choose to hike to the stones as it was overly priced to ride the bus to the top. We parked in the visitor area and it wasn’t expensive to park and didn’t require any reservations.. We began our hike by walking behind the bus stop near the gift store. On our hike we were able to explore and got to see some pretty fields that the people on the bus wouldn’t have been able to see. Once we got to the stones we were approximately 50 feet from them. The people who paid to ride to the bus wasn’t much closer to the stones than we were. The hike was about 2 miles. If you’re able to walk trials I would recommend it as I’m sure you’ll be glad you did. I would also recommend wearing comfortable shoes as there are rock on the trial and some incline.

Lovely walk on a beautiful clear winter day. Woods and fields to the Solent coastline. A cup of tea and slice of cake in Lepe Park half way round. Perfect.

We did a slightly shorter route due to time today. We followed a lot of the old cannel and locks. We did the full route on new years eve and thoroughly enjoyed it.

Nice route, some steep climbs/descents but they don’t last long.

Done this walk yesterday 31/12/18 really nice walk would highly recommend

Done this walk many times in all weather. my favourite place in the peaks

The hike was lovely. The rubbish was not. My partner and I completed this hike on Sat 29th of Dec 2018. We only brought one empty rubbish bag, and it just wasn’t enough to collect all the rubbish on the trail. Our bag quickly filled up less than 2km into our hike.

Decent route with many options to extend/shorten the loop.

Stunning views of Marsden and the train that runs through.

Plenty of pubs/coffee shops at the end.

Windy at the top!

Very wet and boggy, to be expected at the start of December. We had fun jumping across streams and bogs. Had young children with us and they managed fine. Was good fun getting to the top of Seat How, (was a bit tricky getting down due to the wet). Kids didn’t climb Seat How.

This is a walk of varying levels of difficulty which an individual can select. Stunning rock formations & a a great water fall crevice. If you descend or ascend the waterfall this does require a little physical skill, but worth it.

This is a scenic run around Woodbury common and nearby nature reserves. Navigation around Woodbury is in general not always obvious so keep an eye on your GPS to avoid uncessaey detours. This route has almost no roads; the price for that is mud an occasional large puddles!

Fantastic hike, long gradual climbs which amazing views. Very steep on the way back down.

Great trail with lots to see and do. Seven Sisters (the grassy hills with the chalky cliffs at the water's edge) are the best part about this trail. Pretty easy hike except for the short steep scramble up the Seven Sisters. Lots of alternative trails available within sight, so this is a good area for all levels of hikers. I would hike this trail (or the trails around it) every day if I could.

Very good walk. The hardest part of the day is the initial first ascend. Very steep at times but as soon as you reach the top of that, it all levels out as is very pleasant to the top.

We went along Sharpe's edge and it's such a great venture.
