Some lovely old Beech and Yew trees dotted around Sister wood. Lots of small birds,I even saw a deer with 2 cubs feom a distance! Relaxing and quiet, nice views. Shame about the roads all in ear shot, Sister wood was the most peaceful.

Loved all of it. Tranquil.

lovely view at the top worth the wee climb!

Amazing hike completed in 6 hours, hiking 12 miles, tough terrain but worth the challenge.

Just fine. Quite flat, cute stream in part of the trail for kids to play. Forestry walk in the woods that looks fine. Well indicated path. Not amazing views or something really out of the expectations.

Easy 10km, though a little confusing along the shore - it was high tide at the time and seemed like there wasn’t going to be a path all the way around but I’m glad I chanced it as it was mostly fine. You do have to climb over some tree trunks along the shore but it’s such a beautiful spot that it was well worth it. Also the last turn off from the road to the field was pretty hard to spot due to overgrowth, it was mostly just a hole in the bushes that you have to climb through.

A good hike but I’d grade it as moderate to hard, for a couple of sections in particular - it’s a tough-ish scramble up the river valley to get up onto the plateau at the start and once up there some of the route over the top can be very boggy and without much in the way of a visible path. Still worth it for some great views, waterfalls and wildlife though. Allow 4-5 hours.

Beautiful scenery, a walk through history, well marked, challenging but do-able!

An easy hike with lovely views and a good mix of hills, fields and village scenes.

Great hike, long but not too strenuous. Worth getting up early to do this one for less crowds.
Route is easy to navigate with all trails map. No toilets on route only at campsite at the start. Just a shame couldn’t see anything when we got to the top

Lovely walk. Very popular with dog walkers and cyclists.

Some unmarked path difficult to find

Great with kids!

Really lovely walk especially the North Downs way, liked the information points, living nearby, I found out things I didn’t know about the area!

beautiful trail

Just enough elevation to make you feel you’re working but not enough to be a slog. Great variety, lovely views.

Great walk, very well posted. Quite a few people on the path, very nice scenery, a mixture of fields, woodland, road, farms, golf course. Definitely would recommend it. Good elevation in the woodland, gets the cardio to work a bit. Amazing views

The Cotswold Way is terrific! I recommend you go from north to south, ending in Bath. The start of the trail in Chipping Camden is magical. The towns are hundreds of years old and mostly untouched by modernization. Some of the pubs along the way date from the 16th century. The atmosphere in the pubs just can’t be duplicated by a modern establishment. The trail itself can be tough at times with some steep parts. But the rewards at the tops of hill are tremendous with amazing vistas.

Moderate difficulty, great views and a lovely little cafe at the end
