Worm's Head Trail is a 4.5 mile out and back trail located near Rhossili, Swansea, Wales that offers the chance to see wildlife and is rated as moderate. The trail is primarily used for hiking, walking, and nature trips and is best used from October until March.

Rhossili to Worms Head Short walk from Rhossili car park to Worms Head which can be accessed during low tide. Crossing information can be found at the Information Point near the start of the causeway as well as further information on the island from the lookouts who man the station. The Outer head cannot be accessed from March to October as the seabirds are nesting during this time. Some of the wildlife at Worms Head include Razorbills, Guillemots and Grey Seals. Other points of Interest are the local caves and ship wrecks and an anchor of the Samuel can be found near the causeway at low tide which was carrying coal from Swansea and crash on the rocks in 1884.
