Did this trail last year with my border collie Bob. It was a great trail we both loved it and he was very tired after (anyone who has a border collie will understand my appreciation of this!). It has ample beautiful and varied scenery with some moderate climbs to keep it interesting though the trail is mostly easy. One word of warning though, in that the entire route isn't hugely dog friendly, and I ended up, much to Bobs dismay, lifting him over gates.
